First visit ever (I'm a non-member) and their system was down (and apparently had been down for over an hour and a half), so they were unable to help me cash a simple check from one of their members. They claimed to have no way of verifying 'their' members' info! Plain terrible!

Unfortunately I have to give a star to write a review. Worst bank I've ever banked with in my life!!!! Super rude customer service!!! And they can never answer the phone and they never have anyone in there to begin with. I don't understand how a place like this is still open. Horrible service I don't recommend it at ALL.

Personable, knowledgeable, and give the feeling of importance the minute you enter the bank. Not like any other bank in New York.
