Came to buy a nice ice cold refreshment and it was lock not a sign out there as to why be lock it said close until 12:10 and it was 12:14 already, they need to get there store organized and need more staff at least 2 so when they need a lunch just in case they close it for that reason. Very disappointing close on a Sunday on daylight. Had to go empty handed. Management very unorganized. Ended up waiting writing these review and they open until 12:19.

I usually go in once or twice a day, but the store was closed at 10:30 p.m and was not going to reopen until 5 a.m ? not since the stop and go days have i been so disappointed in that store .

I never complain about anything unless it has gotten out of hand , and at this store there's some things that has been bothering me and has bothered a lot of other customers also. My first complaint is your store is supposed to be opened 24 hours . There is a sign on the door that says that you would be closed between certain times and its between 2 - 2:15 am and then one more time at 4- 4:15am. But for the past 2 months maybe more , a couple of employees have closed every night at 2am until 4:15 -5am , but there's been days were the employee doesn't open back up until 6am . There was one day I had went to go get a couple of things for my boyfriend lunch for work I went at 12am and it was already closed and I couldn't sleep until I got what I needed so I would "walk" because I dont have a car well I went every hour to check to see if it had opened up yet , so I walked back an forth until 6am and it was still closed there was the guys that deliver the trucks waiting outside for the employee to open up . I couldn't believe it ! Everyday for sure it has been closed starting from 2am until 4:15 -5am , so I dont think you should advertise that your opened 24 hours if your really not . And if their closing up then they could clean well it doesn't take 2-3 hr to mop a floor , so how lucky for those employees to get paid for sitting down doing nothing but listen to the radio and play on their phones! And there's been days that I would see a lot of customers waiting outside waiting for the store to open and they end up leaving , that's a lot of money you guys could be making. There's other things that happen at your store but this is the main one that I hear everyone complaining to each other about.

Its always dirty and the music is always blasting. The manger is a dirt bag. Always in a bad mood. Never smiles and is very rude. Don't buy the white gaterade because its old and doesn't taste rite. This has been a on going thing for the last 3 years and nothing has been done to correct it.

Worst place ever! I used to be a frequent flier here but with the recent new hires and new managers, they suck! Not friendly at all!

The worse experience in customer service ever. The new assistant Supervisor or manager or what ever she is, and one of the sales clerks need to be fired. Horrible, horrible Service. Obviously they have no good training or people person skills I guess its just a miserable job they have to go to every day. And just want to get you in and out. They treat you badly if they actually have to help you or problem solve. Will be contacting someone higher up.

i didn't like this place that much because you not only have a rude cashier but heartless i didn't get her name but she had really short black hair was white fat and had tattoes i came in here to get some snacks and this one old man in front of me had only a dollar and some coins he wanted to purchase a bag of chips he was 20 cents short and he said may i come back later and pay you the coins but she said no when i say i need 20 cents i mean it after that it was my turn but i think he found a dime in his pocket he said how about now she just ignored him and moved to the next register box and said next i felt so bad i didn't go next and left the store i will not come back
