I agree with many people on here especially about the lady named Sonia she's an obese really huge and tall with dark hair she is really mean to others including myself honestly when she's there I just stay quiet because everytime I buy coffee etc she's just in a very low rude mean mood I've heard her cursing and yelling at customers personally I would have fired her years ago!! I don't know what the company is thinking by letting an disrespectful employee like her remain at a workplace extremely unprofessional and just mean and rude I try to not go here I just go to Starbucks down the road instead I hope she won't be there any longer customers want to have a pleasant experience not a horrible one and the manager is just the same with rude attitude and judgemental looks at everyone sad circle k must be losing tons of money because of the way this location is run .. just horrible... Hope the owner does something before it gets even worse....

I'm visiting family for and over the last month 2 out of 3 times the pumps have all been closed/roped off. The owner/manager is overly blunt and rude. I went to also put money on a chime card I use for online purchases. The first time, they didn't charge me, this time they did. When I mentioned I wasn't charged last time, he tossed my money back onto the counter and said "Do you want it or not". That guy needs to stay in his office because he has zero customer service skills.

Worst location ever. Staff is rude and never have paper for receipts so you have to go inside. I have never met a bunch of mean obnoxious people ever in my life. So glad I dont have parionize this place ever again.

This is the only gas station I know with decent coffee, unfortunately I can’t get my coffee there anymore due to the remodel they are doing, hopefully the quality of the coffee stays the same

I love Circle K's. They always seem to be spacious, clean well organized and full of options. This location is no different! They even had the hard to find BLT Lay's. The cashier Aurora was so professional, welcoming and adds some cool style to her neat and clean uniform. It's getting rarer to get good customer service these days so I really appreciate the added value.

I’ve been buying gas here for over ten years and usually go through the car wash. I save my receipts since they give a free car wash with every 5 paid.I’ve spent about $6,000 every year here.Today I gassed up and brought my 5 receipts for “ultimate” car wash but they refused to give it to me.I refuse to go back to that Mobil /Circle K anymore. They may not miss my business, but I doubt that I’m the only one who will salute them with my finger as I drive past daily.5th & Victoria.

Look me right in the face. Lock the door and walk away when I was walking up to the door from the parking spot in front of the door. We'll never go there again and I hope she gets fired because she was rude to everyone that came in after that..

Do not waiste your time or hard earned money here it's disgusting the management is horrible and rude and if you want to work here only do so if your desperate but be aware that the management is not worth your mental health I wouldn't eat the food either looks dry and old hotdogs and pizza ?

This is a sketchy spot, there's been a stabbing, tons of homeless everywhere, inside & outside! The clerk inside appears to welcome in to do his side work as he stands there & chit chats w/friends. He so rude, surprised he's still there but in this day & age when employees are hard to come by I completely get it! For the over priced negative experience surprised the owners haven't been more attentive to this problem! Avoid @ all cost, there's a sinclair that's cheaper!

Had to wait outside so the employee could smoke a ciggarette before he would lwt me in. I only had to go in because the recipt wouldn't print at the pump. I used to go here on the regular to fill my car tanks and get car wash once a week. I think I will find a more professional place to spend my money.

I don't recommend going here for gas or anything especially vacuums. They don't work. Also RAQUEL is the most rude and awful person working there with HORRIBLE customer service and a bad snarky attitude. She threw a fit over 50cents and didn't give me all my money back that the vacuum took. I put in 6 quarters. Then went in to complain. They only gave me 4 back and when I noticed I asked if I could have my other two quarters back please.. she had a horrible attitude to me. And told me to call the customer service number....over 50 cents!!!! Are you kidding me? So you can only give me 4 of 6 back??? And I have to call some number. Not worth my time but her attitude was Awful customer service. I've had many customer service jobs and that's not how you treat people shopping at your store. This lady should not work there and needs to be fired!

I came in and Raquel was Managing she was condescending, Rude and showed poor management quality and skills. If i was her boss she would either be fired or demoted down to cashier. I will never step foot in this store again
