Chuy is an absolute nightmare !!! My car has been there for 2 years ! We gave him a deposit of 3000.00 and he hasn't completed the work he said would be finished in 2 weeks , we call and visit him weekly and every week he convinces us he will have the car ready , now I have to hire an attorney. Do not take your car here!!!!!!

This body shop is the worst. The owner is a theif and scams insurances. He only wants the money and he did not do a good job on my car. You can even call Enterprise Rent-a-car to ask about their experience with Chuy Auto Body. Chuy didn’t want to pay them for the rental car he got under my name for me to use while he repaired my car. They kept calling me again and again and he would tell me he was going to pay them and he wouldn’t do it until like 2 weeks passed and he told me my car was ready and that’s when we both went to Enterprise and he paid what he owed.Service: Body & Trim

I just want to warn people to not come here. I was in a bad situation with my insurance so Chuy made it seem like he was doing me a favor charged me 3000 dollars and when I finally got my car back which took THREE MONTHS the first thing I notice my car paint was off not only did he refuse to fix it but had an attitude about it and wanted more money it's ridiculous how someone can take advantage of someone like that when they're spending their hard earned money. I will never do business here and I warn people this place is a scam you're better off paying a little more somewhere else.

Took my car 9 months to fully get fixed after being told it would take 7-10 days, I came to chuy back in December of 2021 to get my bumper fixed and found that I had to constantly go back for an unfinished job, about a month after the repair I noticed part of my car was coming of so I reached out to the shop with no response for a month after his assistance let me know "he'd get back to me" I continued to reach out for another month directly to him and still no response , I would call , text and go to the shop to try to get answers because chuy told me my car had "warranty" after about 3 months of reaching out I finally got a reply, took an additional 2-3 weeks to finally get my car in the shop , overall terrible experience and terrible communication from the whole shop !
