Customer service is terrible. Washing so-so couldn't get stain out of white blouse.
My main problem was I had a pair of slacks hemd I didn't check the sewing b4 left .didn't wear till couple months. And the sewing wasn't completely sewn. Took back and they claimed wasn't on there records. I suggest you double check quality of work they did b4 leaving the premises!!!! ?☹️ better off hand sewing your self.ihad to seamstres allways on phone .forgetting where she left off!!!

Other reviews are fake! An outfit we brought in came out a different color and with stains. The owner argued with us saying it’s your word agains mine??? What business person says that? We showed her recent pictures of the outfit and she just denied any responsibility. Check Yelp reviews for similar horrible experiences with such an awful person!

This is the only place I recommend taking your 501 Levi jeans to! I used to go to the dry cleaners next to Vons but they would ruin my jeans. BUT Channel Islands cleaners truly locked me in as a customer keeping my jeans fresh and lasting longer.

Omg I will never recommend this place to anyone... My heart is entirely broken... I don't know what to say except this is the worst experience in my life... I gave my 1 year old great looking expensive stage costume ( white blouse and white pants, designer's handiwork) to clean, because there was a slight stain of lipstick on the blouse shoulder and generally, I just wanted to clean it in order to refresh... What I got is a complete nightmare, both, blouse and pants, the color is changed from gentle milky white to dirty yellowish...And three big brown stains on the blouse that never were there before! The girl at the reception had offered to clean the blouse to fix the stains.. But when we came to pick it up after, the old Asian woman, which I assume, is the owner, was arguing from the very beginning and saying, that the stains were there before, the color wasn't changed, it is all the same as before...Even when I pointed at the decollate on the blouse which for some reason did not change the original color, but the rest of the blouse did... she claimed, "this is your word against mine, and I say, the stains were there before and we did not change the color..." I was not arguing, I wasn't yelling at her or insulting her, I wanted to find a solution, and honestly, I don't know what is worse, getting back my costume absolutely ruined or getting such a horrible attitude, when the dry cleaner representative, you paid money for service to and expected at least from her a solution or an option to fix the problem, is just talking down to you from the very beginning of conversation, claiming that you don't have any chance to stand for your rights.... I am Ukrainian, I have been traveling so many countries, this is my first time I have this amazingly bad attitude without any respect and politeness... This is not the first time I give this costume to the different dry cleaners, but it is definitely the first time I get it ruined like this, at this dry cleaner...I wouldn't be that much sad if that lady would have better attitude...But the whole experience with the ruined clothes and such a response, is absolutely traumatic...At the end of conversation, I got 10 dollars back... 10 dollars of compensation from the dry cleaner... Don't wish this experience to anyone

Always a great experience! The customer service is amazing ?If I ever need alterations or dry cleaning it’s the only place I go. Five years ago he saved my wedding dress from stains another business left on my new wedding dress just 2 days before my wedding ?. I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned and the day before my wedding I was doing last minute wedding details and lost track of time and the shop had closed. The owner called me after hours and met me with my cleaned beautiful wedding dress !This type of customer service hasn’t changed all these years later they really go above and beyond!Thank you !Diaz family will always be your happy customers ?Services: Delivery

Took a shirt to get it cleaned and ended up missing letters on the shirt. Couldn’t tell me about it while I was there until I got home I found out about it. Also few of my white shirts still had small stains.

As a nearly twenty year customer I have never been disappointed in both dry cleaning or alterations...or price! They even learned to stop giving me receipts knowing that, as I do, I will lose it. I go in, give them my phone #...and in no time at all, I'm outta there...very friendly folks too!
