If you're looking for a trusted place to take your car. This is the right place. I've been a customer for over 10 years and they've taken good care of my vehicle and my family's as well. They have a very nice and clean waiting outdoors and indoors area. They are polite and respectful, as a woman, I feel safe and comfortable if I need to wait there by myself. They're very knowledgeable and always explain to you in detail the type of service that your car needs. The price is reasonable and they always try to use original parts for your vehicle. They're honest and will let you know if there's a service your vehicle doesn't need at the moment.
They have excellent customer service and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

I would like to start off by saying that this is absolutely the best car repair shop in ventura county, They go above and beyond to find you the cheapest price.And they get the work done faster than lightning! Another plus is that you can call them with any questions or concerns that you may have. And they will take their time and explain it and break it down for you. So you understand and discuss whats best for your car. And it's needs, Julio and the other gentlemen Alejandro are the best mechanics I've ever had very honest. Dropped my car off for a new cam shaft sensor and they were so fast and affordable I wound up requesting additional work! They’re super friendly guys too! I was reffed by a friend who has used their service for years and they’ve definitely obtained another long time customer.

Excellent service and clean shop. Julio and his partner, Alejandro, communicate well, are transparent and work with integrity. They replaced my hoses for the cooling systems. I had other problems with my car but they recommended specialists to take a look at it which I appreciated. It saved me time and money. I will take my cars back to them for sure.
