I lived here for over 3.5 years and I had the best experience. Kinda bummed most of it had to be during covid and I couldn't use a lot of the amenities until the year I moved but whatever. Management brings you a welcome move-in gift and pizza from Toppers + bday gift + xmas gift every year!! Its unheard of anywhere else. Cedar Glen is fair with the pricing and obviously generous. You can tell the landlord really cares about the tenants. The place is always clean and landscaped nice and the maintenance comes quickly. The pool area is beautiful and laundry rooms are usually always clean. If these apartments had in-unit laundry I would live there forever. Its mostly quiet at night and I never had any issues with excessive noise even having my bedroom facing the main street and next to the gate. Bedrooms are huge which is really nice :)

I would not recommend moving to cedar glen as a resident or foster youth, and I say foster youth because they don't treat the foster youth as residents. They are constantly giving them a hard time, looking at them as if they are criminals, constantly harassing them by asking if they live there, and being very disrespectful. Also they pick and choose what rules to follow, they take advantage of the foster youth/ residents wether it would be doing laundry, reserving the pool, parking, or just hanging out in common areas. Its a very uncomfortable experience, and always having to look over your shoulder for different rules that they DON'T provide in the contract you sign with them. They pick and choose who it apply to. If you have anything broken in the complex DO NOT call MAINTENANCE because they fail to fix the issue you are having in the apartment. My goal is to not get anyone in trouble, my goal is to provide a safe living place for residents, management, and foster youth in the future, and also to make awareness for future generations
