Family business being run into the ground by the immature son,delivered to them a brand new motor for installation, they ran coolant lines incorrectly running coolant through the combustion chambers, I had to have it towed to another mechanic to resolve damages, when I confronted them with the signficant extra charges, I was told "if you got anything to say come say it to my face ",not professional, tough guy mentality.

They provide excellent service and the owners are friendly and honest, unlike other workshops that squeeze money out of you. Carrillo's auto repair is responsible and leaves the cars 100% and their prices are good. I recommend it.

They quoted me 95 dollar to do a repair. Another company asked them how much the repair would be in total and they repeated the same price. Then so to comes. They charge me 150 for the repair without me noticing or them explaining. I thought it was for two repairs that they were doing. But they accidentally forgot to charge me for one and the immature owner blames me for their mistake. So I go back and pay them for the second repair. And he denies quoting me 95 dollars for the first repair saying it was the price plus parts. Which he didn't mention in the beginning. He had said it was 95 for everything. Just make sure if you go here get everything in writing cause they change once you pay them.

Just make sure you get the quoted price in writing. They tend to change the price and "forget".

Bad service made me wait over an hour. Tried to communicate in Spanish but because it was bad they wouldn't help me despite I waited. After trying to communicate with older and younger employees I left.If you speak a little Spanish or none they will ignore you. I will never go back and will pay a little more for better service.
