I have been a customer of Raúl for some years and the truth is that they do a good job, good customer service, they work excellent here, I change the tires on my cars and in fact they also changed a transmission for me, which was very fast, they also handle very affordable payments, I recommend it.

THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THEY PICK IVE GIVEN THIS PLACE BUSINESS BEFORE EVEN GOT MY TIRES BUT THIS RECENT VISIT WITH THEM WAS THE LAST VISIT THEY WILL GET FROM ME...WENT IN FOR AXELS ,ENGINE LIGHT, ETC... ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON AND MY CAR HAS LOOSE CONTROL ARMS WHICH HE DENIES THEY NEVER TOUCHED BUT MY CAR WAS NOT LIKE THAT WHEN I LEFT IT TO HIM! IT IS IN WORSE CONDITION NOW... ALL HE OFFERED WAS ANOTHER $500 TO FIX THEM ON TOP OF THE $900 I PAID FOR ALREADY! HE DID ME DIRTY SO BE CAREFUL IF U GO THERE!

Well I bought my new tires here,was happy with them and the service. But then I had a nails my tire which they patched it for free checked the air in all my tires, but then my warning light on dash came on again so I waited a couple days to see which tire was losing air? Went back and they found another nail and fixed it again ok I was thinking it was also free but they changed their policy by charging $25 to fix a tire, without telling me until they already were done I could not believe it cost me $27. To fix it? Especially they didn’t say anything til they were done last week was free? I don’t think I’ll be doing anymore business there or telling my friends to go there? It wasn’t posted like it should have been I would have gone somewhere else since most tire shops fix tires for free!! I bought my tires there it should have been free of charge!! BBB will here about this!!

I got a flat tire in Oxnard while on my way to Los Angeles and desperately needed a new tire change ASAP. I called so many spots and they were all booked up until closing but California Tires was able to accommodate a new tire installation even though my tow truck request dropped us off 10 mins before closing. They were quick and speedy. Paid in cash and it was a very efficient and friendly service. Would recommend.
