Left my car wet, and rims dirty. Had to go back and ask them to fix and they gave me a hard time and made excuses on why. Paid $12 for exterior wash, plus $5 tip. It's not $9.99, they said "because sign is old". Drive through car wash at gas stations do a better job.

Quality of wash is not what it used to be! I normally pay for a V.I.P wash but after the last two visits I'm disappointed to say that an $8 Costco wash is way better than a $30 V.I.P wash from here.

I used to come here frequently years ago, & would be satisfied but recently I wouldn't recommend this car wash place to family or friends. There were no washes after me & only a few cars being dried ahead of me. The guy pulled my car out of the wash, did a quick dry on my car, and then handed me my keys. Spots of dripping water ran down the doors & throughout my car. Smudges on windows, & dirt on the panel below the door. I even skipped vacuuming the inside so to get my car back half a** clean/dry was frustrating. I shouldn't have even tipped the guy, but I decided that would be the last time I get my car washed there.

This is my current oficial Carwash, I like coming here, the guys finishing up the cars are great, very detail oriented and very careful with your car. The guy making tickets is helpful, EVERY Carwash is going to try to upsell something, just say no if you don't want to, they guys here are not going to harass you like at some other places. The waiting rooms are clean, it's an old Carwash, but I believe it's under a new management.The prices are a bit on the high side, you can find a cheaper Carwash FOR SURE, but I like the service this one provides to me. I've never had anything stolen, I have surveillance in my car and the guys are always honest.Just like at any other car wash, make sure you check your car before you leave and be grateful to the guy washing your car, please tip them!

Great service if they had a full time staff instead of a skeleton crew...4 people drying and detailing the cars that pass the wash line then 1 person washing the accumulating prewashwd cars and starts to make a line and that's when the exterior start to make waterspots.

Always do a good job at a reasonable price for a brushless car wash, BUT be aware of the "$3 upcharge" for my compact car they claim to be an SUV! Got it resolved, bought a Jarritos, and tipped the worker an extra dollar to clean my "compact car"?

I read all the reviews but decided to give California Car Wash a try for myself. When I arrived I was immediately met by a gentleman who went over all the different washes and pricing. I picked my wash and a couple add ons, paid, and sat down in a spot where I could follow my car through the entire wash process. I was told to expect it to take about an hour and that is just about exactly how long it took. Everyone was very professional, and my car looks great. I was absolutely satisfied with the job they all did. 5 stars from me!

Charged me 175 for wash, wax and clay bar due to having a lifted SUV. Was trying to barter on price because it wasn’t listed which I didn’t really like. Just give me a price that’s listed instead of having to go back n forth how much it should cost. They never used the clay bar and the wax doesn’t seem like it will hold up. Missed a bunch of spots didn’t touch the hood or the roof at all. The time before they did a great job and charged me less so i suppose it depends on what employees are working the day you go.

Came by to get my car cleaned inside and washed. Ended up getting a package to get the interior cleaned and steamed. Overall, not a bad price package for a clean that was overdue.They were friendly and helpful.

Honestly been coming here for a while always good service ! They vacuum my car out really good take there time to wipe inside and outside ! Always leave happy! These bad reviews are something else good thing it was years ago cause they upgraded how they provide for you which is excellent! I'm getting my car washed as we speak! Lol
