The store is incredible but there are to many thief's that ruin the prices that's why there's been a price hike then the holidays came up so some more price hikes and I go in with a backpack so I get looks but not from the long time worker's from the new loss prevention I understand it's there job but it feels awful they think I'm going to steal they look more like they've been to prison then me lol Burlington Coat Factory please lower your prices again and loss prevention I know it's your job so I'm ok with it

Ok since when at burlington is there a club like rope at the entrance with a security greeting talkin bout "hi welcome have you shopped here before?" BEFORE letting you in? Like bro watch out im in a hurry I understand this place gets robbed all the time but what do you expect when you cancel out loss prevention job for a few months...IMO if the store is open security should be on site to deter shoplifters and trouble

Was checking out and noticed the manager taking forever and noticed he's only using one hand. That's when I noticed he has a cut on his finger dripping blood and didn't think anything of it till I arrived home and ALL my items have his blood on them. This is disgusting!!! It was on every single item I purchased. Had to disinfect EVERYTHING!!

The clerks were not helpful. I waited in 2 very long lines to buy some items and then return a fragrance item that smelled horrible and the color of it showed it was old and compromised. I explained to the clerk that I had just bought it 10 minutes ago. He said no returns on fragrances. I told him why didn't he mention that to me when I just bought it from the same clerk or where is the sign or in writing where they have this policy? The employees were unkind and not helpful at all. I was very disappointed on how the store handled this policy. I don't think I would have had a problem with their services if they would have handled the whole situation better. I thought about smelling the fragrance after the clerk opened the locked box but I forgot after waiting in line over 20 minutes. If I would have looked and smelled it I for sure would have told him I didn't want it right away. I still have not read in the return policy that they are not able to return fragrances. For those reasons I will not shop at Burlington ever again.

Okay place to shop for men's and women's apparel. Has blankets, housewares, shoes and more. Store was in need of tidying up. Selection for men's apparel was limited. Plenty of clothes for women and children.
