Thanku to the young lady (csr) that assisted me patiently on Xmas Eve. Pretty embraced i didnt get her name. She was very professional, insightful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I walked in a big mess. I was of coarse Having issues with more then one phone/line. But she knocked them all right out. Ive been a customer for 15 yrs and i am still empressed with the great customer service they provide. Thanku. Again

They were closed out of nowhere. There was a boarded up door and it was locked up in the middle of the business day with no sign or reason. Lucky I found one around the corner on W. 5th street that was open.
