Boost mobile 611 customer service is the worst. The service they provide isn't good in Oxnard. Lots of dead zones and weak signal. Don't waste your time with Boost

My review isn't about this store it's about the company it's self. First my husband got his phone stolen & we did the claim as the insurance provider told us to do, we updated everything & were told it would take about 24hrs to go through. My husband called today & they told him it was rejected because the address didn't match mind you it was already updated. My boost account shows the update but the insurance company doesn't show it so they said we had to do the whole claim over again. Secondly I pay over $100 for 3lines & come to find out that boost is experimenting with my GB when I have unlimited & they said I can either renew my bill cycle to start it over or pay an extra $5 for 1gb. I have been with boost for over 4yrs & this is the first time I have experienced any of this nonsense. We are looking into other companies with better service. I'm truly disappointed with how boost is becoming. They deserve a negative -

If you ever want to switch service from boost they'll screw you if you've bought a phone from them they'll never unlock your phone so you can switch your better off going with another carrier tmobile or cricket do your do diligence and see about switching carriers
