Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the lady that helped me and my wife Martha, but she was very helpful, polite, accommodating and knowledgeable. By the time the manager came over to review our purchase she had everything in order. Haven’t received the couch yet, but our in store experience was great and I would go back again.
