They recommended Jose here, he will serve you like family. Surprise, I didn't even greet him when I arrived. The service was very rude and unfriendly, and my car was damaged. I asked and they told me that's how they come out here. Some get scratched but it's normal, a man with glasses told me. In short, I will not return nor recommend this place. BAD SERVICE, THE CAR It was not clean either They only brushed the front window and wet half the car (0 stars)

Bad service and to top it off, reviews are not requested as they are doing, that is done by one as a customer, when you like the service the worker earns it for his attention as Jacob said, The old faces are not there but those that are there are no kindness. Before they made you feel like family, that is lost. I do not recommend this place Nobody like Jose and Daniel

I'm new to this car wash, I like there is a guy drying off your car, maybe not fully, which is ok, something is better than nothing. Secondly, before you drive in, the attendant is spraying and brushing your car ahead of the car wash, but only the drivers side, why? Also, the vacuums are not as powerful as the competitors vacuums. I don't know if it's because of the shape and length of the suction tube, or they're just weaker. The person next to me said, the vacuums here are not that good, and, I had to wait, the vacuum line was long with only a few spots available, given the small parking lot, again something I didn't realize or consider. I'll give it a couple more washes and see what happens. Oh, and closing at 6 pm seems early, just my opinion. I showed up a 6:05 pm and the attendant just waved me off, kinda rudely. I didn't realize they closed so early, compared to the competition.

It is a place that is increasingly in decline, with the bad attitude of the majority of the employees who spend their time talking and on their cell phones instead of serving customers.
The place already looks very dirty, and there is no one who is aware of all that, the supervisor is a young man with no experience with a bad attitude towards customer service, he spends his time playing with the employees instead of putting order and watching what There is a boy named Jorge who looks like he tries to do the best job possible, but it is understandable that he cannot do it 100% for the same reason that the supervisor spends his time playing with the other employees instead of putting them to work too, it is not a recommendable place, nothing like what it was before…

I made the recommendation before, today many things have changed for the worse, customer service and friendliness is over.
Therefore I canceled my membership, and I no longer recommend this place.
If you are looking for a place to wash your car, I 100% recommend Bliss Car Wash, in Oxnard, thanks to Jose, my car was spectacular, he gave me excellent attention, he is a great worker, kind and respectful.
Don't hesitate to come to Bliss Car Wash.
