I went in for a vehicle alignment and tire rotation. I had a 9:30 AM appointment. My vehicle was completely done in about 45 minutes. I was very happy. Very nice guys and great customer service thanks Big Brand Tire.

I was helped in a quick and professional manner. I only paid 10% of a brand new tire for having insurance. Watch out for those pot holes and make sure you’re insured.

There is a long wait time 4 hours+ That was with an appointment. Customer service is 3 star. They are doing their best and they were honest and upfront about the long wait. Unfortunately they are understaffed with technicians to do the service. I give customer service the nod. But if you need tires and you don’t have the time to wait shop around

Great guys there.. Everytime I needed air randomly they are on it in 1 min or less. I bu y all my special order low profiles from them. They know im a car gal & take good care of my baby. :)

Do not go here. Beware of a guy by the name of Harrison he will try and overcharge you and give you two different prices for the tires he will first try and tell you an extremely high price to see if you buy then after you say no he will lower it by a couple of dollars to see if your willing to over pay. Just go to a different location he is the worst will not recommend to anyone. Just go to a different big brand location they will be more transparent than him. Who’s managing this location???

We were passing through Ventura on our way to a family occasion when we got a flat tire. This Big Brand was the third and luckily last place we had to stop. Jorge and his team were so kind, they had our tire in stock, and they rushed to get us back on the road in great time. Their excellent service made it possible to bounce right back from our setback and get on our way. We will always recommend them!

Best tire service for my Lexus Is 250. I was suprised how detail they are how they kept ky old record and still have my information. If you are planning to change tire or have a wheel alignment. You should go to Big Brand tire as a professional tire expert in the County. Make your appointment soon.

Top Notch Customer Service! Dropped off my car for 2 new tires and was greeted very good and over the phone conversation was very good. Car was ready within 2 hours and was provided with great service. They also stay true to their quotes and don’t overcharge you a dime. Overall 10/10 for this location! Thank you Big Brand!
