Very profesional and responsable! My Taxes are always on time. she also helped me filled out Inmigration Documents for 5 family members 10 years ago and my Immigration process was Accepted and completed with no delay! People need to understand that during Tax Season Rosa and any Tax Services will be crazy busy so be patient!

Horrible customer service!!!!! We went on Friday to do our taxes and she told us they would be ready by Monday. We paid on Friday so it would be faster for her and us. Well I called today (Monday) and she never called back & we went in today to ask about them since we were on that side of town & she said she was barely going to do them.
We said ok that’s fine & she told us to wait for her out on a table with the rest of the clients.
Well 20 min later she comes outside tells us our $$$ amount we are getting in front of everyone there & tells us she won’t be helping us next year because she has her regular clients to go somewhere else because she had too much work.
So unprofessional!!!! My husband and I didn’t say anything because we were in shock & confused as why she was being rude to us.
Oh and this was the 2nd year we went to her but I guess not anymore.
