I was patiently waiting in line, meanwhile, one of the managers comes to the line & asked me what I was there for & how can she assist me. I came to withdraw cash over the limit I'm comfortable with from the ATM. She proceeds to tell me if it's 1500 or less I can get it out of the ATM. I explained to her I've gotten fraud on my card so I prefer the teller. I set a limit on my card so I couldn't take that much out anyway. She left so I decided to try the ATM even though I knew it wouldn't go through. The transaction was incomplete so I went back in line. As I figured the manager comes back again & haggles me about the same transaction I'm trying to make. At this point, I'm agitated with this lady coming back over to me after I told her I don't want to go to the ATM. She was very unsettling & ignorant to suggest for me to remove my limit from my online banking account that I set myself just so I can take out money from the ATM. Never have I ever experienced this type of behavior from a banking staff. The lack of customer service is embarrassing. I wish I read the reviews from this branch before I came here.

Horrible service. All I was trying to do was take out my money from my State Didability from a card that is issued by them and the manager herself turned me down saying to take it to my own bank. Worst bank ever, and I used to work there.

Branch itself is always closed. They say temporary closed... 2 yrs closed isn't temporary. Only ATM's are available. Don't waste your time if you need more than just ATM.

Understaffed and unorganized. Seriously considering switching banks based on my last two times there. Such a nice building and location, it's very unfortunate.

If they know other Bank of America's are closed they should have more employees. There was a line of over 15 people and one person working. I understand due to Covid there is disruption in business but Management should have already taken precautions.

The worse service ever. There's always two windows open, a banker, and no service. ATM-Can you believe they have three and never any cash to pull out! You would think the professionalism in this place would be better considering it's off the freeway and many people from around the county would drop by!

We've been with BOFA over 50+yrs and also my parents. We've always had a five star treatment. But this time teller Sandy refused cash back on a check made out to my husband who was sitting in the car in the handicap stall right by the door. He endorsed the check and I went in to receive cash back. All the years of service and cashing checks while he waits in car due to handicap issues, never had problems and now Covid19. But Teller Sandy demanded he must come in to cash check. I told her look at our accounts and the balances. She said I can see your balances. Told her to get manager. She said just a moment and went to the back n came back. Cashed check then asked if manager always approved? Told her not always because tellers looked at acts then cashed checks. She also said she had to deposit check into one of our accounts then draw money out. I know banks have protocols to follow, I worked in a bank for 30yrs. But she had no tact or customer treatment was so unsatisfactory. No apologies she acted like I was bothering her. Sandy acted superior to a longtime customer. Maybe just a bad day for her. But this is not how to treat a extremely longtime outstanding customer.

I have an account and they lie to clients who have EDD cards. They tell them that they can only be helped with the ATM or they must sit with the banker to open an account for their unemployment cards. When you go up to the teller they say that withdrawals need manager approval for a cash advances which might be the case for credit cards but not the edd debit card. If you manage to get through finally the manager will tell you she can't approve the transaction because it's high risk for fraud. All this to limit their transactions so that their branch will bonus. Turning away clients and prioritizing people who have BOA accounts. horrible business practices especially now during the pandemic when people have been unemployed and not being paid for months. Stay clear from this banking center and do not fall for their horrible sales tactics. Say no to their 0% interest offers and definitely don't sit with the banker if your intention was not to sit and have them sell products to you. The supposed manager in charge was Patty who for some reason could not find her district mangers contact information. Save yourself the unethical sales practices and go to literally any other bank except Wells Fargo of course. Just remember how they prioritized sales over the well-being of clients during this pandemic.

This is the worst Bank Of America branch ever! I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never had any issues; however, the few times I've been to this branch there always seems to be something wrong. The manager is extremely rude & can never give a reason other than "it's company policy." Avoid a headache and visit a different branch. Worst experience & such a waste of time!

How do you spell boneheaded, asinine stupidity? Go to the Bank of America branch by Whole Foods/Collections. First a little background. I have been using BoA for over 25 years and by now have deposited millions (!) of dollars into my account. I own a business which is incorporated. I receive payments from multiple sources including insurance companies, businesses etc. Sometimes the checks are made out to me personally, or my business or some combination of this. Today my wife took some checks to this BoA branch but the female manager (you know who you are) would not accept the deposit because the "Inc" was not on the business name. What! Are you kidding me! I have no idea how this particular branch manager could be such a moron. I take those exact same checks to other BoA branches, and other banks and deposit them without any sort of problems whatsoever. I'm going to write the headquarters of Bank of America, CA explaining this idiotic woman and her particular branch's policies. Hopefully somebody in upper management can rap her knuckles for driving business away. If you decide to use this BoA, you've been warned...

ATM visit. That's it, the plaza is very crowded with traffic. But at night, the area is well-lit, so I feel safe. Really fun, crowded plaza.

This is by far the worst experience in the world - I swear it is like talking to a rock. I've spent over 2 hours of my day & nothing is resolved. All they want to do is access my computer to see what screen I'm looking at. That tells me they don't know the screen well enough -when I'm communicating where I'm at on the website they're not capable of visualizing it because they don't use it enough - I very clear what screen I'm on . Moreover, they turn around and re-set a different account password that I never even asked for they cannot direct me to the account that I need to be constructively working on I swear to God it's like talking to dirt - no one can actively support me in what I need to do. So now I must waste more of my time to go in person.

A cash withdrawal of more than $300 requires: Debt Card Pin Number Photo ID Phone Text Verification Manager Approval Then, a series of Personal Questions about the reason for the visit, the funds, and what you intend to do with them. This is Beyond any sort of security, and does not give me any sense that BofA actually cares about Me, but instead about making itself as cumbersome and unpleasant as possible.
