The store worker was very helpful with my inquiry. He went above and beyond after searching the part on the computer, he physically help me pull out the part and even installed it for me. I asked if I can apple pay or zelle or venmo or cashapp him a tip and he politely refused.

Great service and parts availability. I ordered the part for my car and it was delivered from their hub to the store the next day. If you need a hard to find part for your car, AutoZone is the place to get it.

Not impressed at all there's honestly the real reason I don't go back here for like years. If O'Reilly doesn't have it..Go to Napa I won't use AutoZone anymore why because most the stuff sits on the shelf for years and doesn't work and when you try to take it back the same day because when you're in the parking lot testing it out, not working, they do not honor their own policy or taking their faulty equipment back or at least exchanging it dude said he couldn't give me a refund if it was open damaged are used. No problem I took back everything I bought that day and went to Walmart for my fuses worked like a champ and next day stopped by napa to pick up everything I brought at AutoZone NEVER AGAIN. Thank you no thank you everyone from what I know NAPA in O'Reillys honor their faulty equipment, and will take back or replace.

Brittany and Areli were amazing. I got a new battery for my car and I know nothing about cars so they kindly told me that they could install it for me. Brittany was teaching Areli how to do it and I was learning in the process too.Fernando came out to yell at them saying that only one of them could be out and the other one needed to come back inside asap to help him. ( by the way Areli was out because she came to bring the correct battery since the guy that ring me up had send Brittany the wrong one).He continued yelling and harassing them demanding they stop what they were doing to go back inside to help him because according to him he had a long line.Not only did he come back 2 minutes later to continue yelling but he pulled out his phone and took a picture of them after saying “I tried to be nice”.The ladies worked fast and efficiently and we all came back inside the store 5 minutes later so I could get my refund for leaving my old battery. There was no line by the way, just one client waiting.I love this store and come here very often but after this experience I’m sorry to say I won’t come back. I had never seen someone talk to their coworkers to that level of disrespect.
