I had a very pleasant experience at AutoZone on Ventura Road in Oxnard. The gentleman that helped me with my wiper blades went over and above his duties to help as did the manager. They were very kind and professional. I truly felt like a valued customer.

Placed an order online, drive an hour to Autozone. Waited in line 10 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have it. So unprofessional. They actually get no stars, but you can't post with give 1.

Customer service over the phone is horrible. Writing this review as I am 20 mins on hold common. Help out whoever you got to quick and move on to the next. Why even answer and say can you please hold. Rookies.

Double check the parts you're looking for. I went in for some bulbs I couldn't find in the book and an older lady with long nails compared my bulbs to whatever they had in the aisle without checking in the system. I asked, if that is the exact replacement, she said yes, so I took the bulbs and tried them out but they were not the same. I returned and a young worker looked up for the actual replacements in the system and confirmed that the ones the lady gave me were not the ones I was looking for so he did find me the right ones. This may not seem like a big deal but I have gotten the wrong bulbs before and they have worked but shortly after, they cause damage to the surroundings by overheating.

Can’t give enough stars to Customer service , I called late in the day and spoke to a Rucio very knowledgeable , great listening skills, and being able to help not only give me multiple options for my vehicle , excellent in service as a parts specialist, she pulled my parts aside and they were right up front ready to go .made my total time parking , paying and leaving under 5 min, that’s service !!!

Usually no problem. They sold me a starter i never pulled it out of the box. Employee looked at it and said I couldn't return it because something with the blade i couldn't hear him. Are they selling faulty parts?

It is the worst, there is a long line waiting for more than 35 minutes for you to be served, all those who are at the cash registers, men and women, have a very bad character, very rude, the staff who work there and they do not want to help when you ask them to help.
