Repair was promptly quoted as a walk in, flawless workmanship, delivered on time at a substantially lower price than quotes from two competitors. I called Parras and they stayed open to help me. The guys were kind, professional and courteous. They removed the bottom cover from my car (which was dragging) and helped clean out my trunk so I could take it with me. I am grateful to have found such an honest mechanic. On my first visit for some routine maintenance, JR and his team found that my wheel bearing was failing and needed to be replaced (explained the worsening cabin noise). After the maintenance/repairs my car feels and sounds great!
