Zero stars. This guy answered the phone and literally asked someone "is this a Mexican on the phone?!" Is this a Mexican male on the phone?! I don't deal with Mexicans today. I only deal with Mexicans on Tuesday. Slimy guy.

Phillip at Auto Locator helped me and my husband purchasing a fully functional car, in the price range we could afford. After having bad experiences with other car dealers in the past we were discouraged and disoriented but then a friend mentioned Phillip and the incredible service he has been offering since early 90s. We are so happy we met him!!! Phillip is a gentleman and a honest business man. I can't recommend him enough!

Phillip with Auto Locator helped me purchase a 2015 Lexus GS. He was able to find the exact car I was looking for with low miles. He purchased this car from auction. The day of the auction he called me let me know there were two cars that matched my request, and later that day let me know he was able to purchase once for me. He also referred me to Premier Credit Union to finance the vehicle. He did all the leg work and was very clear about how it would work. I was able to pick up the car from him the next day.

Phillip the owner of Auto Locator is awesome. He has helped me with my Auto purchases over the past 5 years. He looks out for your best interest he listens to what you are looking for in a car, gives some suggestions and if you give him ample time he will always deliver and exceed your expectations. He not only helped with getting me a car but he helped with finding the right bank to finance my car. He is the best of the best and he really knows a great deal about car buying.

I have bought two cars from Philip and both have been good experience's. The first car I bought from philip was in 2005 I was looking for a honda crv. Philip had one advertised in the auto trader for a good price. When I made him an offer he showed me the receipt from the auction where he bought it and said I cannot negotiate I make 500 dollars off this deal that's how it works. In 2015 I went back to philip and told him I wanted to get a honda accord. He invited me to go to the auction with him. He showed me the honda lane at the auction and told me to pick out 10 cars that I liked and he would get the best price he could. I told him I just wanted a 4 cylinder with leather I was not really worried about the the color. When he came back I asked him which one did you get and he said none of them. He said The honda dealers were getting no interest loans from honda because honda wants their dealers to sell honda cars so they were over bidding on the cars. So he went to the wells fargo return lane and made a bid on my car witch was better than any I had looked at because it was EXL The price was $2000 dollars below blue book. The only drawback to the auction is you cannot drive the car before you buy it. However my car has been running great and I have been very very satisfied with this purchase and will definitely use philip in the future.

Bad Experience at this place! You would think it is a professional place to buy a car at, but trust me, it's not. When I first met Mr. Philip Thackoorie, he came off a bit arrogant, but me being a opened minded person, and have a sense of humour I went along with it. Later on getting to know him I've noticed he could be controlling when it came to what I wanted done to my car, or how I wanted to make my car note payments. I always feel secure paying with a cashiers check and he'll tell me I can give him cash if I wanted to. And the reason I don't like doing that is because, he doesn't always remember to give you a receipt. GREAT! so now my car breaks down now. I would have to once again rent a car, and that's money I could save in my pocket! So I said screw it! I'm buying a new car from someone else. A New car with No troubles. One mistake I made, I should have pay off the car before I did that. Why? The second I told him I was buying a car from Honda, he had a fit! He gave me the run around for a MONTH for the pay off for the car. I had to bring myself in side to get the pay off from him. He was surprised as hell to see me! Then he started to going on about saying, I'm not loyal to him and he's pissed off at me that's why he wouldn't answer his phone calls. Really???! He's a man in his sixties acting this way?! Not professional at all! He finally told me the pay off amount which wasn't much. He got the nerve to tell me I could bring cash after what he did the last time to me. Fool me once brother... I brought him a cashiers check the next day. Got my title for the car after he insulted me one last time for being a traitor, then I left. Boy was I happy until I went back to Honda to give the the title document. Honda informs me that they needed his stamp of his business name on the title document near his signature . So I leave and ring the Auto locator "Philip" and tell them this is what Honda needs from him. Half way to the Auto Locator he tells me in all his years he never had to stamp anything to a title document. and that he wasn't going to stamp it?! I told Philip I was half way there, so he all right he was on he way to from lunch. I get there 5min before he does and Philip got the nerve to ask why was I there? I told him you knew I was coming, and I need your stamp on this title. He told me he need proof of sample of it to stamp the title. Really? I told him, can't you just stamp it. He said no and that "I" started this because. I'm not Loyal??? So we're going back to that again?! Mind you I start work at 4am, so me doing this back and forth on a summer hot day was not working for me. I'm already thinking, this had gone beyond being professional. I looked at him with my mouth wide open and said, I don't understand why you can't just stamp it?? He says,: Do you want me to lock up the door and leave? I shock my head and left to get this ''copy'' he needed. I arrived back and Honda once again. I explained to them what had happen. Watching Honda staff shaking their heads in disbelief that a so-called business would act like that. Honda gave me the copy and I left back to Auto Locator. I gave Philip the copy of the sample he wanted. He looked at it with this silly look on his face and stamps it for me. I kindly left and was very relieved to have no more ties with him. Imagine I did bought another car from him, I would've been dealing with this mad man for six years! It's not worth it!
