I took my vehicle to andys to have brakes and rotors change and paid for the complete repair service I picked up vehicle at closing time I and I didn't get an invoice with the itemized work that was done the next day I saw hi didn't replace rotors and I called and the owner claim didn't remeand request amber me I stop by the shop a week later and request an invoice and he refuse to give me one he is such a thief I realize there is n I thing I can do and just forget about it if you go there make sure you get an invoice with all the work that was done

They advertise a 29.99$ smog check fee with certificate but bumped it to 50$. If you want to use a credit card, they want to charge an extra 2$. Do not recommend this place.

Went to Andy's this morning to get my car smog checked for registration and it couldn't have been any easier. Andy is friendly, they're honest and so a good job. Super quick and they do the electronic part straight to Sacramento. Definitely recommend Andy's Auto Repair and Smog.

I needed a smog check for my 2001 Chevy Silverado.... it had a check engine light on so I knew it would pass the smog check. I had previously taken the truck to my regular mechanic he changed some oxygen sensors fuel pump which wasn’t cheap and my truck would still not pass smog. I brought my truck to Andy he diagnosed some other needs/parts and recommended I drive the truck for a few days. After driving my truck for a few days I took it back to Andy and my truck passed smog check. Thank you Andy for getting my truck back on the road!Services: Engine repair

If you value your life, do not go to this shop. If I could give them -0, I would. My husband took his truck in to get new breaks and air shocks to this shop, in good faith. The next day, the rear driver tire fell off coming down the thousand Oaks grade and the loose tire hit another vehicle. Both cars were damaged. They, Andy's employee, admitted he did not tighten the lug nuts on the tire. They admitted this to my husband, and the explanation was "I was in a hurry". Andy, the owner refuses to give us his general liability information . He fixed our truck tire, but the truck is not the same. It has dents now and does not drive correctly. Andy refuses to help the owner of the other vehicle that was damaged in the accident as a result of Andy's negligence and bad faith. He refuses to help us. Has not even repaid the Tow truck fare, our 4 days out of work, repairs to the truck that resulted from the accident, and the hassle we now have to deal with. He won't return the call of the other people involved in the accident. Please don't use this business. He needs to be put out of business his negligence is going to kill a future customer , one day. It could be your child, your spouse or you. in the name of God, don't use this shop. it could cost your life

if i could give this auto shop a 0/10 stars i would , first they start off by selling me a bad tire. When comforted about the tire the store owner himself said "SUE ME" just so unprofessional please do not go there. And avoid the hassle

Bad service. Came here for 4 wheels, and they did a complementary wheel alignment. Complained that it was pulling to the left. They tried to fix it and now its pulling to the right. This folks don't know what they are doing. Also, the wheel they sold were so old and low quality, after one year, they started to crack. I will not go back to this place again.

I took my 92 Previa in for a smog test this past Saturday and was hit with the dreaded failed result. Andy and crew calmly and expertly explained my results, what had not passed, and what more than likely was the cause. Today I dropped my van off at 8am for an inspection to confirm the issue. I then promptly received a telephone call when the inspection was done with my results and a cost to repair (as well as them doing my FREE smog retest after). I agreed to the work and cost and had my car well before closing time today with a passing smog test! I had no problem with any of the staff, they did excellent and fast work. People really do not seem to understand the cost of auto repairs at a shop on this website but their quote was very reasonable.

Had oil leak took in for estimate after 3 days got a call its the oil pan gasket picked up car Friday Saturday morning oil leaking out of oil pan took back they say not oil pan timing chain cover took to others shop had Tracer die installed to fine leak. /leaking at oil pan took back showed them they say bring back here now will update
