Shout out to Mike McCain, he made the process incredibly easy and transparent. Buying and negotiating on vehicles is stressful enough, but he made it clear and straightforward. I had visited/chatted with over 6 Hyundai dealerships for an Ioniq 5, and I can assure you he is the reaaal deal and pleasant to work with, none of that highly aggressive/pressure sales tactics.I had to fly down from northern California to purchase the car, and he ensured everything was smooth sailing once I got there after we agreed on expectations and price, etc.He even picked me up from the local airport, and got me free lunch as finance was out on break when I arrived around 12p.He'll make sure you are taken care of, whatever financial or geographical situation you may be in during your car search.Appreciate the help Mike, thank you!

I had a great experience purchasing a NEW vehicle. After one month the vehicle overheated and hyundai did not provide a loaner vehicle. The turn around was two weeks and the employees showed no concern. You already signed so we will get to you when we want to is how I took it.

I own a 2021 Hyundai venue. I am very satisfied with the car. However, their recordkeeping in the service department leaves much to be desired. I had my car in for service at the end of August, since that time I have received five emails to bring my car in for the service that was completed in August. I have emailed them back, and also I have actually gone in and spoken to them and asked them to update their service records. When I went in personally the fellow said oh, just ignore them. That’s not the way to do business. You need to keep your records current .

For 15 years, all was well and good until I decided to buy out my (THIRD) lease. At that point, I was treated as less than, given no attention, no return calls, and fed lies. I had my own bank take over my loan because Manny Ortiz, puppeteered by Felix Ortega, could not intelligently answer my questions. Pay close attention to your lease agreement, people! Question everything because these "sales" people proved themselves as stereotypical car salesmen - incredibly disappointing and untrustworthy. While I may continue driving Hyundais, I will no longer do business with ALEXANDER HYUNDAI Oxnard.

I have used the services of Alexander Hyundai Collision Center several times in the last few years, for jobs ranging from major body work to small items. The agents are professional, competent, and courteous, the work done is always first class and always on time, and the prices fair and reasonable. I would give them six stars if the option was available.

I had a Hyundai lease that was totaled. I went to get a new car by myself. My salesperson was wonderful. He worked with me. There was no high pressure, and we were able to make a deal within a couple of hours.

Just purchased a CPO 2020 Ioniq from this dealership. Manny Ortiz, the Internet Sales Manager, was top-notch. It's difficult for me to take phone calls while at work so he communicated through text per my request. He wasn't pushy like your typical salesman and took time to explain everything in detail when I asked. He got me a really good deal on the vehicle and even drove it out to me in LA for an agreed upon fee. The next day, he realized the charger was left out of the vehicle so he went to FedEx and shipped it to me immediately. Manny has great customer service and he's an ethical salesperson. Top-notch.

I bought my Hyundai Santa Fe from a Toyota dealership, I had my vehicle for 2 months when it went out on me. I contact the Toyota dealership where I bought it and they weren't any help. When I contacted this dealership and talk to the service manager about my situation, he made me feel at peace, Service Advisor Julio let me know what was going on with the vehicle. It took about a month to get my vehicle back and I'm 100% satisfied with the overall I was provided with the highest level of service. To the General manager of Alexander of Hyundai, you have an awesome team.Thank you so much

I would kindly recommend you walk around your car and look for scratches on your paint before you drive away! I Wish I did, next morning realized they scratched the paint . The big big concern is My third party oil change place told me I have oil SEAPAGE, but the dealership denies it.

The service people are great and that's why there's one star. The lady in the reception area didn't give me the time of day. She never once looked at me and talked sharp and I evidently shouldn't have bothered her day. So much for buying parts. I went elsewhere.

A car dealership with outstanding customer service, professionalism, and a very friendly staff.I needed a software update on my car (Hyundai Elantra) and the Oxnard Hyundai Alexander Dealership was more than happy to assist me with this software upgrade.The task was completed in one hour, as they had stated to me, the staff was professional and courteous and Diane Alfaro, service consultant was a tremendous help form beginning to end.Overall, the dealership appeared to be brand new and very clean and modern looking.The salespeople that we met were not pushy, but rather friendly and pleasant to engage with.Overall, I WILL recommend this dealership to friends and family and to anyone reading this review!
