I've taken my car to the service department three times now over the past few years. I cannot say enough about the Service Writers at this location. Never have they tried to convince me to get extra services. In fact, I've had quite the opposite experience! They spent extra time talking with me to ensure I wasn't asking for services I didn't need. Ruben Ortega made sure to explain the preventative services I was requesting and explained how I could wait on a few of the items. We had the conversation over the phone and then he reiterated my options when I turned the car in to be serviced. On another visit, Nieves Soriano went above and beyond to help me when I had a slight panic over a "leak" that turned out to be nothing! I come to Ventura County, from Northern California, to visit family and I'm so impressed with this service department that I have my service performed while I'm here! I can only give 5 stars but this place is a solid 10! I am comfortable knowing that as a female walking in to discuss car repairs, I will not be talked down to, and I will not have someone trying to convince me to get more services than I honestly need! Thank you to the Service Writers and the Technicians who take such good care of me and my Cadillac!

Super disappointed in the customer service at Alexander Cadillac. I called this dealership on Sunday around 12:30pm, looking for a GMC Yukon. Julian Arisrizabal answered the phone and confirmed they had one on their lot. I told him that I lived 2 and a half hours away and if he was willing to show me the car. He said yes, and proceeded to send me pictures via text messages. I kept him updated on my ETA, because there was alot of traffic on the freeway.I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, and Julian was not enthusiastic about showing or selling the car. He kept mentioning that his Manager and himself want to go home because it was late (close to 4pm). He was gave me a ridiculously low offer on my trade in, and refused to work with a universal federal credit union of my choice, only offering to finance through their company (GM financial or something similar). All I heard was nothing but excuses of why he couldn't work with me and he and his manager wanted to go home.When I called him earlier in the day and explained what car I was looking for, and how far away I was willing to drive to purchase a car, he should have said it would have been too late to make a deal, or stuck to his word about selling me the car.Needless to say, I purchased a Tahoe in Thousand Oaks and glad I didn't try to negotiate with Julian.If you ever need to buy a car, I recommend that you DO NOT come to Alexander Cadillac of Oxnard. Customer service is horrible!!!

First time experience with Alexander Cadillac GMC primarily to purchase a new part and was a positive smooth experience, and they had the part in stock.The dealership has a very nice new facility and I had a nice chat with Tyler C a sales consultant, I wasn't looking for a new car, but discussed some of my families history as a GM family from Detroit headquarters. I'd be happy to work with Tyler if/when I am in the market for a new car or ? truck.

Jacob Avila was an amazing and knowledgeable salesman. This is our third time purchasing a vehicle from him and we are beyond grateful. Editing my original post as Alexander Cadillac has redeemed themselves with me. Dealing strictly with the Cadillac service. Junior in the service department has been very helpful and notified me of everything they were working on in a timely manner. Honored the warranty and have had zero issues.Very professional experience this time around

Took my car into the collision department for insurance pictures. My tailgate will not open, came here to satisfy insurance with a few pictures. Jim was helping me out, he was troubleshooting it on the spot. A few minutes later Martin joined him. The two got it own in under 5 minutes. Thanks for the help guys!!

Thinking about luxury I was introduced to Alexander CadillacUnder a different name ,but with the same dedication my family purchase automobiles here ,infact i did purchase Mr vreeland son Junior had to many cars, I did go to Solvang past Santa Barbara, I got hisBadass. Subaru modified that was sweet & under Ace shoe service I have the pleasure to meet the general manager of sales than I work on his collection of dress of distinctive quality.

Best service department for GM vehicles in ventura county. Nieves S. Provides exceptional customer service. He is attentive, detail oriented, informative, transparent and honest. He caters and is very accommodating to the customer. I have brought 2 vehicles in specifically because of his professionalism and service. Thank you Nieves and service team!

I had searched across most of the dealers in southern California for an SUV for my wife. Some dealerships were responsive and others were flat out rude. Not here... The second I called Alexander BUICK, GMC AND CADILLAC I was greeted over the phone By the most awesome Ulysses. I provided him with my requests after finding a vehicle online. Within minutes he had texted me pictures of the vehicle inquired about and assured me that it was still available. Now the fun begins!Without spending 4 hours at the dealership Ulysses and I shared a series of texts and a few phone calls d within an hour we had negotiated my trade I. To the exact price I wanted and we came to an agreeable sales price for the vehicle we bought. Typically after this point is when the weird pitch comes by the Finance Manager. Not here... I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the Finance Manager but he got us the best rate for the car and built a great package for us. We ran late after work and Ulysses waited until after closing for us.Let me say that out of my 20+ years of buying cars this was one of the absolute best and straight forward experiences I ever had buying a car. Ulysses and his Team gave us a great vehicle a great deal and an amazing experience. Kudos to all!!!

I bought and serviced my car at this dealership under the Bunnin ownership, but never gave Alexander a chance after disappointing service/repair. However, my opinon has changed greatly. Alexander handled a long-delayed recall (Takata airbag) with high efficiency. Excellent communication. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Alexander will be my first visit for my next new car.
