Albabici is awesome! I was looking for a new bike seat and reached out to Albabici. They asked some good questions about me and the type of bike riding I do, and recommended 4 seats to try, and sent test saddles. Their test program is great, just like their service. I would buy from them in a heartbeat.

I own 4 bikes and all of my bikes has Selle Seats! So on two of my bikes the saddle were completely wore out. I called Selle, they put in contact A Gentleman by the name Albabici and he provided First Class Service. Both Seats return to me in pristine Condition!! Bravo Selle and Albabici!! I first discovered Albabici at the Eroica CA event earlier this year. They had a nice collection of Italian cycling clothing and gear. I purchased some fantastic bib shorts (Colnago) and long sleeve wool jersey (Nalini '70). They are both beautiful and unique. I did have to exchange (from M to XL), so be aware that European clothing sizes differ greatly from US. Allessandro at Albabici was very gracious at handling the exchange. Highly recommended!

Failed to honor warranty and deliberately deceitful.After just 5 rides, this $200 SMP Well Gel saddle had permanent indents from my sit bones.After just 10 rides, it split at the seams and all the goo squeezed out, ruining a $150 pair of shorts.After several emails with Albabici, where they led me along asking for more information (that had previously been provided), they finally just ignored me.So isn't this a great story ... deceiving you and wasting your time with bogus communication and then finally just blowing you off and not honoring the warranty.

After visiting and calling multiple bicycle shops in Ventura, I was discouraged that I was not going to find the bicycle I was looking for. I was inspired to check Yelp again for any other shops I might have missed. I called and reached Pitz who is the US sales director at Albabici in Oxnard. He was so helpful over the phone and indicated there were a couple of bikes that I could come and look at. My husband and I went over later that day, and Pitz took all of the time needed to show us what he had available and explain and answer our questions. His personality and willing to help us outweighed all of the personalities in the other shops group together that we had visited. We ended up buying a bike from him that had the features I was looking for which was a ladies beach cruiser with hand brakes. In addition this bike had seven gears, a headlight, and a bell. Not only am I happy with my new bike, I am happy with the service provided by this company.

I needed to purchase and switch out cleats on my shoes to Delta cleats and Metropolis helped to accomplish this task. They answered the phone, answered my questions, and we courteous and friendly. When I arrived at the shop they got the cleats and installed them for me for free and answered my general questions.

I had been searching for the perfect pedal assist road bike for the past 6 months. I looked at all the leading bicycle brands. Finally I bought a Favaloro Puma EGX, full carbon bike with pedal assist from Albabici. 34 LBS with motor and battery, is the lightest from all similar motor brands. A MASTERPIECE!!!! Powerful, elegant sophistication with no visible wires/cables. All inside the frame. I get compliments every time I ride it. VERY VERY happy with the product and even more happy with the people in there. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous always willing to help. From Pitz to Gianluca and Alessandro.
