I have been with this company for many years but they charged me $305 dollars just for adding a car when they told me it was to renew the policy and when I called Aceguransa why was my policy cancelled, they told me that Adriana's had not paid anything and when I complained to them, they only told me that if I didn't like it, just don't go to that store again, apart from the fact that they were arrogant, I still don't have any money because they told me that that's what it is just for adding a car when in reality it is free or in cases it's only $5 dollars ?????????????

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! If I could leave ZERO STARS I would!! We inquired for full coverage insurance, authorized the payment which ended up being liability only. So they rep cancelled that policy to start the correct one. She requested pictures and a signed document to complete the policy. Neither were provided, but she processed an additional charge for the difference of the policies. We have been on the phone trying to get this figured out for 4 days, speaking to several different people and they REFUSE to cancel the policy that was created without a signature or authorization. IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CANCEL A POLICY. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I decided to do my registration through them, my tags have been delayed for about a week due to the holidays which is understandable. The problem is when you try to contact the oxnard office they will leave you on hold, no answer and then voicemail. I’ve been trying to contact them since last week and it’s been the same issue….NO RESPONSE!!! Who’s in charge of this store and why is your staff so unprofessional! Get it together! This is a business not a circus. I need a response along with getting my registration that I paid for ASAP!!!

Dianna is so great! she helped me 10/10 through everything, so convenient being able to text them as well. I had about a million questions and i wasn't the easiest client since i was in between cars but she was so patient and nice the whole entire time. Thank you dianna :)!

Horrible Horrible experience DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MOENY WITH THEM im still waiting on a refund it’s been over 2 months and no one will give me answers to anything they give me the go around !!!! This is horrible never again!!! I will be sure to tell my family and friends to not ever get insurance with this company absolutely horrible!!!

I do not recommend this company at all. I was charged 400$+ for an insurance that was never used. They will try and add life insurance to take extra money in process. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. safe yourself the time and fight cause I'm in process of fighting for my money back for 3 months now.

they are running shady business practices! please stay far away from this brokerage. everything they do is a scam they will find anything to make you pay more and more. please DO NOT spend your hard earned money here. 6month policy was paid in full to them and after a month they hit me with a cancellation notice due to not making a monthly payment?? absolutely sad how these people try to scam you out of every dollar they can take. don't go here.

If your opening an account be sure cause if you cancel they will take all your money. Horrible experience in 18 hours they didn’t wanna refund 400$ plus and gave every excuse not to. Be careful

Whatever you do, DO NOT LET them signed you up with Kemper infinity insurance. Very bad insurance. Worst of all. And if it's possible do not get insurance through a broker at all. It took me way to long to realize that they provide higher prices than if you go directly to car insurance companies. It's a not for me. The price of my insurance was ridiculous high and it was a multipolicy.
