I am so grateful for this clinic, the doctor, and staff!! I recently had my little puppy spade here and everyone was so kind and helpful! I drove from Calabasas because they had more availability, were exponentially more affordable, and came highly recommended by dog park friends and I’m so glad I did! The techs are so kind, the vet was funny and sweet with my little girl and even gave us a needed paw boot free at the pre-op appointment. It’s a bit of a drive but worth it! Thank you so much Adobe Animal Hospital!

I hate writing this review as all my dogs life they've been awesome, but apparently I missed an appointment from 2018, because that dog (chamuko RIP) had died before the appointment. They never let me or my family know anything about this until my other dog (Roxy) is very old and sick and on her way to heaven, I called to see if they could sooth her pain or anything whatsoever, but before I could say anything they told me I owed them over $200 for that appointment they never told us about and refuse to see or treat my dying dog, and i wouldve gladly paid but the lady was extremely snarky about it, she didnt even give me the option to pay n get my dog helped, just said im basically screwed.
I really, REALLY like the main doctor there, she's an absolute angel and has gone above and beyond each time with her. Idk if this place is under new management or something but the greed has really gotten under the skin of this place. Very sad all around, guess I'll just overpay at some other hospital then, since this place obviously stopped caring

PLEASE, do not take your pets to this place!!!!! Let me tell you my story and use your own discretion! We took our dog to this place for check up and medical treatment regarding two large mass. Our Husky walked in, on his own power, no issues. According to them, they took samples of the large mass, drew blood and other shots. While my wife and I waited in the Lobby, we heard a loud cry from our beloved Husky! A few moments later, the door opened for their Staff and our dog to come out. Our dog was on the ground, crying, complaining of pain, and almost paralyzed from both rear legs, and totally paralyzed from the right front leg! We immediately got the impression the staff wanted us out of there fast. Our baby could not move at all. He could barely lift his head up. He was in so much pain, I could feel his head shaking!! We did what we could to get him to the car. Then I told my wife, this is not right, we went back, spoke with Dr O'Neil. Immediately, she clearly "washed her hands" by stating, "Oh, I did not work on, it was the technicians." I spoke with one of the technicians, who went by (Betsy). When I started questioning her, she immediately got very defensive! Other technicians that worked on our baby were named (Lupe and Alissa). We immediately felt we were being avoided. We took our baby home and like any parent, just hoped that everything would be ok. Well, I did not. Our beloved Husky quickly deteriorated and we had to make the hard decision. Now, I'm sure many of you thinking, I clearly see a "lawsuit" here. Maybe but win or loose, these businesses still continue to take customers in. I believe "word of mouth " is the best way to make an impact on these heartless people. Like I said, use your own discretion read other reviews! I apologize for misspelled words. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Dr O’Neil over the years has become very rude and irresponsible with pets it seems as if now she only does it for money and doesn’t care for the well being of your pet, she did surgery on my dog and used staples which made the wound to get infected called her to see my dog and refused and sent me to emergency on something that should have been taken care by her, on top of this the emergency hospital called her to get my dogs records and was very rude and screamed at the nurse and told her she was going to get her fired and threatened her and told her that she didn’t want our dog as a patient anymore. Stay away from this place you will regret it on the long run.

They killed my dog, overdosed him causing a tumor WE DIDNT KNOW HE HAD to kill him. Keep in mind we PAID for bloodwork and x-rays for him and nothing ever told us he had a tumor, it took a trip to horizon emergency vet hospital to learn he had a tumor. This veterinarian has absolutely not clue what they're doing, don't trust them with your animals if you value their lives.

I love Adobe Animal Hospital. I have been bringing my pets here since 2006. It just feels like family here when I bring my dogs in. And they are so accommodating when I show up with my dogs. They know that I can't bring my dogs in right away due to their temperament and have to use the back door for safety reasons. Also, they are transparent with pricing and procedures that need to be done and will also provide alternates if payment will be too high. I will stress, it would be wise to purchase pet insurance - they are able to help with that as well.
We love Dr. O’Neil and the staff there.

Best in town! Takes care of all 4 of my dogs. Saved my cat too. Prolonged his years to live by sending him to a heart specialist. She found his heart problem. Dr. O’Neil is awesome!

I had to cancel my first appointment because my furnace broke. The company coming to fix it would be coming at the same time as my vet appointment. The staff was very accommodating and understanding of the emergency and urgency to get things back up and working . With my rescheduled appointment, We had a mix-up with my appointment time. They still saw my dog and gave her an ultrasound. When we arrived, the facility was clean. The staff was welcoming. The vet was knowledgeable and sweet to my timid girl. It was her first vet appointment, and I must say it went well. They gave me info on how to care for my dog and when to schedule follow ups. I truly appreciate all the care and support that was given during the appointment.
