Every single time I go to A&A, I have the best experience. I obviously go because something crappy happened but they always make everything better. Starting from the front office to the back. The ladies in the front are always incredibly kind and helpful! They take their time to explain everything in a kind and helpful way. They are also really quick and value your time. I really appreciate them going above and beyond when working on my cars as well. They have taken care of other scratches when they can and fix my cars beautifully. I fully trust in their attention to detail in making my car safe when finished. A&A will always be my repair specialists! Highly recommend taking your car in to get the best treatment all around.

Nick has horrible service and attitude rude when answering and speaking to customers especially women. Was speaking to my mother in a horrible and loud tone almost yelling. I myself have had bad experiences in past when my Kia was in shop and they ended up messing up my transmission and having nails in tire when they weren't there when dropping off and ended up paying them more to "fix" issues

The staff was very friendly and explained the process of what they did to my car thoroughly. They originally gave me a time frame of about a week and a half to fix my car and they did it in under a week. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good shop with quality work.

I had a bad experience here, I went in for an estimate and the guy at the back of the office was not welcoming at all, no eye contact, no coming up to the counter to ask if I needed help. When i told him I wanted an estimate he told me to come back at 330? No reason why to come back but just come back at 330 as he shouted from the back of the office. I came back at 330 and the girl at the front was on the phone, she puts the caller on hold and asks me if I have an appointment I said yes, and she said "Oh i dont have anything in the books" of course it wasnt in the books. She said ill help you in a bit and got back on the phone call. I sat and waited and waited, When i finally figured out she was on a personal call, I got up and walked right out. I went down the street and gave my cash to another collision place.

Family owned. Big! I thought it was going to be pricey because of the establishment. I was shocked at the low-cost but the pride in the work. My car was well done and they used very good material. You can tell they take very good care of their work and their employees everybody seems very happy. I was glad I came here. They worked with me have patience. My insurance was acting up and I was tired of hassling with them. So the owner, Jerry said heWould take care of it and actually called the insurance company for me and made it easy. I highly recommend them.

I had to deal with the most unprofessional and disrespectful man. I asked what his name was and responded to me is none of your business ( a ti que te importa) . The truck was in the shop forever. Never again and I don't recommend this place .

First, I'm just going to give you the "cliff notes". This place is AWESOME, PERFECT, OUTSTANDING, WORTH THE WAIT, THE BEST AUTO COLLISION REPAIR SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO. But if you want the whole experience, here it is: 1. If you need a favor, don't ask, as I have used up any and all favors that Jerry, the owner, is going to give out. 2. My car is BETTER, than it was BEFORE the jackass who rear-ended me, without insurance, hit me. 3. My insurance company, GEICO, TOTALLED my car. 4. I just happened to run Across A&A Auto Collision when I was driving down Wooley Road in Oxnard. 5. I stopped in there to see if they could repair my right, rear tail light so that I could register my car as "salvaged". I repeat SALVAGED. 6. Jerry came out to look at my car. He said that's not right, this is a great car!!! He asked me "how much did your insurance company give you? I showed him ALL the paperwork. I did not lie or hide anything from him. 7. He told me that for $2,000.00 he could repair my car. I was shocked and happy and pissed at my insurance company. I went home to think about it. I decided to take Jerry up on his "offer" to fix my car. Now, I'm sure that I'm not the first person to get a repair cost from Jerry. I don't know anything about auto body work on car's. But after driving several "used" cars I knew that my Ford Escape was mechanically in great condition, or at least better than any car I had driven, in an attempt to replace it. That's why I wanted to just have the tail light replaced, but I decided to take Jerry up on his offer. That is where everything changed.....I think Jerry jumped the gun, so to speak....and offered to repair my SUV prior to knowing the true extent of the damage caused by the jerkoff who rear-ended me. Soon I learned, through "non-communication" by A&A Auto Collision, that something was wrong. I called them numerous times, but received no calls back. When I finally did get through to Jerry, he started bitching, moaning, whining and complaining about how much time and effort he and his workers had to put into this and that it was a "gift" he was giving/doing for me. I NEVER asked anyone, let alone him, to do me ANY favors. I only agreed to a "business deal" extended to me from Jerry. I never ask anyone to do me " a favor" because I have learned that people always want something in return that I can't provide to them. Finally, after 21 days, and many tears, my car was completed. I went to pick it up and was made to feel "indebted" for all that they had done for me. I SAID , NOTHING, except a quiet "Thank You". But, THANK YOU JERRY!!!!!! My Ford Escape is AWESOME!!!! Your shop is the best. I will tell EVERYONE, that you're the MAN.

This shop is horrible. I got my car fixed here 4 years ago, ever since then I've had problems with my car and I've had to go back and forth to this shop for them to diagnose and repair any problems I've had.. and it seems my car is not getting fixed, I regularly perform a maintenance check on my vehicle when needed. So about a year ago I got in a minor fender bender and had another shop fix the car.. they (Prestige Auto Collision) informed me about how bad this shop fixed my car, they added fillers and the frame was poorly put back so after getting my fender bender fixed I came back to this shop and they fixed the frame again(through warranty).Then I had an issue w my radiator, A&A Auto collision replaced my radiator(Through lifetime warranty) and then my car started having problems again... so the Guy Jerry who is the Main Mechanic at the shop also the one who worked on my vehicle said my temp sensors were bad and I got them replaced.. but the problem is still there and my car is still "Overheating" (no smoke coming out of the engine). I tried to have them check my car again and they started talking about making me pay for a diagnostics( at this point I knew they just want to take me for my money and not for the personal family service that they say they provide). They tried to Contact my Old Adjuster about what would the next step be and it seems like they didn't want me to contact him directly ...(because I know they're lying) I asked for the email for my adjuster (which they should legally provide because it is my adjuster) they said they couldn't, and now this is taking even longer for me to get a hold of the adjuster and get a real answer. Prior to this she (Jackie who handles the front end of the shop) told me I'll grab the number for you , but she put me on a 3 minute hold... idk why, I'm guessing she's thinking how else they can lie to me... @ this point I've given up hope on this Particular shop and will no longer be taking my business here... also I suggest to anyone that's have had problems with a&a to contact the better business bureau... I will be looking more into this because I feel that if they say"Parts come with a lifetime warranty they should provide that full service of diagnostics because they're the ones fixing the car and it should go through the warranty with No Problem... I'm not the one to write reviews but this Shop is ridiculous.... The car should've been fixed properly from the first time.. PERIOD.
