Always order online, fast delivery and the workers are nice simplifying your life its so worth it not having to go through all the isle's of a store, remember we only get so much time on this planet so use it on something you can enjoy not standing in a line.

Absolutely ridiculous, upper management are lazy and need a complete cleaning out and new management in. Who is the idiot who decided that the people who pay for a service are Denied scan and go, told they have to go get in line like everyone else. There are two kiosk machines labeled SCAN and GO. Absolutely false advertising and probably grounds for a law suit. Got embarrassed by one of your employees at the scan and go, had to ask for an apology 5 times as the manger was just as rude and refuses to ask her to apologize. At the end the lady did come over and apologize. But it still do t make up for the embarrassment of being denied and told that the upper management said no more scan and go’s, everyone e has to get in line. News flash upper management, I pay for a service that two of your signs say scan and go. If your not going to provide the service than we shouldn’t have it on our Walmart app for scan and go services.

I went to Walmart this morning to pick up some baseball cards after getting ignored by the first three people that I asked to show me some cards. The fourth one tells me it’s a waste of their time. Since when is selling a product ( an expensive product ) to a customer A waste of a Worker time that’s getting paid to be at work. If you don’t like your job quit, don’t tell a customer that they’re wasting your time
