I brought my first buck to the Wagon Wheel Market with very little knowledge of what I needed to do after harvesting the animal. The crew went above & beyond helping me. The meat came out perfectly prepped, properly marked & labeled, and it tasted amazing. Well done, Wagon Wheel team! You’ve got a happy customer here.

This place is the BEST! We travel from LA County to come here to buy meat and their sausages. Never have had anything that wasn't top of the line...DELICIOUS AND TENDER! Just wish they had an on line ordering system, but we'll keep driving up to purchase products!AND, the staff could be examples for many other businesses...ALWAYS helpful, polite, respectful! LOVE Wagon Wheel!!!!

This place is fantastic! I buy meat packs for my family of 6 frequently. And everything is always fresh and delicious. The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for all of their products. It is totally worth the drive up from Sacramento!

I just got hot roast beef sandwich for $13 from their deli. What a rip off!!! So unbelievably pitiful. This sandwich had practically no meat. I requested no dressings, wrote it on their own form and got mustard on it. Doesn't seem like this would be a difficult thing to make. Place was empty so they weren't rushing. Two things: if you can't make a sandwich based on your own form, that I filled out you have a problem. Also, based on the components of this, it couldn't have cost $2.00 to make. To say $13.00 was outrageous is the understatement of the day. Had I not gotten it to go, I would've asked for my $ back. My husband got a pastrami, just as pitiful. You can see by the picture how small they are. I doubt they were six inches and were noted as the large! Don't waste your money on their sandwiches. I understand things are expensive and I am ok with paying these prices when the quality is to par.

Best cuts of me and the entire Sacramento Valley in my opinion. Great staff working the market and all are extremely friendly. This is a must stop for anyone who has not been there.

This WAS a local, patriotic company that really appreciates your business, Not anymore. It's a sad fact that Grocery stores, fruit stands, farmers markets, other meat markets in town offer better product but WAAAYYYY better service. As a disabled combat veteran I felt like they spit in my face they way is treated at wagon wheel and they need some serious management changes.

Blatently In Your Face Racist People!!! I am a woman who is mixed with Latina. I brought my daughter in with me to get some boxes for moving of which I called ahead of time on the phone that they said they had a lot of boxes in the back. Upon entering into the store, everyone around me looked at me like I was some sort of alien that they were uncertain of, and the energy directed towards me. It was terrible! They sent someone to the back and a manager came out and said sorry no we don't have any boxes for you. I don't know how to explain the energy that racist people have, but I am sure that majority of people who know what it feels like to be racially, profiled, and judged because of your race; know exactly what I mean when I say everyone in that store made me feel like they did not want me there. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING behavior on all of their parts. I was just speaking to the manager at a local store about it because I was getting boxes at a different store and I told her my experience to which she confirmed what I shared about my experience at Wagon Wheel Market by sharing with me that a local delivery man who is darker skin changed his route because the entire store at wagon wheel market were being racist against him and making him feel very upset and racially profiled EVERY time he went to the store. It is honestly sad that in 2023 there are still so many ignorant piece of shit people like you all at wagon wheel market.

It may be a good store, but there advertising is horrible. They ask for: "HELP WANTED" but they really don't call anyone. That's only bad thing about small/family own stores ?
