Whatever you do I wouldn't sell them any gold whatsoever...I brought in a 22lk gold bracelet to sell him for gold weight so he tests it and tells me it's not 22k gold and that he only feels comfortable paying me for 18k so I passed and took it to yubacity...another jeweler tested it and it's 22k...so Sierra gem is dishonest bad buisness!

This family owned and operated Gem located in our beautiful Historic Downtown Oroville is certainly the first and only place I would go as I know they treat their customers like neighbors.

Excellent! Professional, nice and knowledgeable. Andy is awesome and repaired a broken earring while I waited. A friend recommended Sierra Gem as the BEST jeweler in Oroville and she was right. This place is definitely my jeweler now. :)

I never came any jewelry store in the United States from the year I left Vietnam, 2006. I wanted to buy a pair of earrings, so I went to Sierra Gem Company. The owners are very friendly and patient. She helped me to find the things I needed and wrapped them for me. The price is reasonable. I love her smiles. I'll tell to my friends who want to buy jewelry and I will be back.

I had our grandfather's watch repaired here last week, a great job for a good price. And what a lovely couple! We chatted with them for a while and enjoyed the family pictures on the wall. Glad that we met them in our own downtown Oroville, highly recommend.

Brought two watches in to get their batteries replaced. One of them turned out to be a more difficult job that expected and required more batteries than initially quoted. They were upfront about the difference in the quote and also with their inability to get the time on one of the watches to sync back up properly. This was fine as I just went home and referred to the product manual to fix the issue. Appreciated the honesty and work. Definitely would go back in the future.

I love this business ive been there multiple times the owner is really nice was in there today to have a ring cut off of my finger as it was too smsll and i couldnt get it off the owner stayed after closing to help me out very awsome servicd i would recommend to all
