“I’ve been a customer for istorage for a few years now and I am happy with them, the people in the office are very honest and respectful, they gave me a great deal when I needed to switch storage units after being a loyal customer, saving me $100 and giving me a bigger unit, when I thought I’d have to downgrade! So now my storage unit is nice and organized! Although, some mice did get into my unit unfortunately so that sucks, but I think you’d find that at most storage units. Overall I’m happy with them.”
“Centrally located in town its the place to visit or store you stuff. If your looking for storage go visit this place. It's clean not crowded, restrooms, east in easy out . Pricing is about average for this area. Security is tight. Cameras everywhere you look.”

“The Keg Room is the perfect ‘hole-in-the-wall’ drinking spot for us. The establishment has great bar hours, makes stiff drinks, has the sporting events on the tube, has a jukebox, a pool table, shuffleboard, and a smoking area. Love the atmosphere, service, and the patrons. Will visit again.”
“This is actually a really great place as far as I have experience so far. Very clean, very quiet, good price could be a little bit lower but hey for the clean and quiet and not getting broken into I consider it worth it. Manager owner very nice to deal with always has a smile on her face. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice quiet clean storage.”

“Gate access is 7am-7pm. The prices are decent and facility is always clean of trash. I haven't seen any evidence of mice or rats which is absolutely amazing! The manager is AMAZING!! Thank you Nicole!
My only complaint is the gate access... The hours need to be extended especially during the time of year it doesn't get dark until 9pm. And I'm not sure what the penalty is if you enter or exit during off hours.”
“I needed help opening up my daughter's storage and the man on the property that works there was very friendly and very helpful in getting the door open. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of storage.”
“I really like the people who run and own the property. There's only 2 things that I would change. The payment method is outdated. They need to go to debit/credit cards. And I wish that they were open until at least 7:00 pm instead of 5:00pm. The people are friendlier than most storage facilities in the Oroville area. I trust that my storage unit is safe and secure.”

“Paula was absolutely amazing and such a doll. She helped me understand all the dos and don’t, helped me with my entrance code (since I didn’t know how to read haha), gave me tips on how to secure my unit, and ensured I didn’t have any questions. This was my first time renting a unit and she made the overall process go smoothly, not to mention she gave me a call to introduce herself after I had reserved a unit. Highly recommend”
