Do they have negative start for this Rite Aid in Oroville the pharmacy is a laughing Joke as anyone in that town the workers are great just not the Pharmacy worst in California or even out of all of them straight Garbage especially the prescriptions they have no clue how to talk to people. It's called customer service yellow.!!

I specifically set up an appointment for a flu shot because you advertised if you don't have insurance you can qualify for a free flu shot. When I checked in the woman at the counter said it is not free without insurance & there are no discounts . It was going to be $48.75. So I had to cancel

On stocking day they open a little before 8. Cash back isn't available first thing in the morning because there isn't any extra change in the registers.

The only thing that brings the rating down is the pharmacy, every time I try to call them I get put in hold for 30-50 minutes. But the customer service in person is really solid. Everyone there is welcoming and helpful But if over the phone service is just not great at all

Besides hardly ever having things I look for when I come here, apparently can't use the restroom when I'm stopping in to buy drinks and snacks while I'm working on the road. Guess I know where else to shop at for snacks now.

I might be biased because I live few blocks away. Their alcohol isn't behind a stupid case. It is at checkout. When I want a drink after five days of grueling work, I don't want to wait an hour for someone to open the locked glass to get what I'd like. Also most employees are chill. Screw the places with locked cabinets or liquor stores with A Hole employees ( Walmart, Raleys and FoodMax, I'm looking at you) Go to Rite Aid. Fast, efficient and home.

I have not been able to get a hold of a live person at the pharmacy in days. I need a refill on my meds, I dont have the RX number for my prescription so I cant use the automated system. On hold for 30 minutes only to have to leave a message that no one gets back to me on. Drive thru has been shut down and anytime I go in to the store the line is backed up. Can you get an automated system that looks for my RX by name or dob? I have had this option with other pharmacies in the past. Completly frustrated at this point

So its been a few years since I posted a review on Rite Aid Oroville. The staff are still very friendly and a pleasure to talk to them. I'm sure finding good help is difficult these days. The service is much better, but still they need to resolve get meds out when promised. I would give them 3 1/2 stars but I am unable to do that and they are not at 4 stars yet. Rite Aid thanks for the improvement in the Pharmacy.
