Raley's is by far the Best Store in Oroville. I used their Pharmacy for 10 years as I could always do shopping while picking up my prescriptions and always had great service until about 6 months ago when the team changed over. the associates are Great but the New Pharmacist is totally unskilled in Customer Service, I have never experienced such atrocious treatment in a retail establishment. When a prescription is due for a fill he will ignore it until you come to pick it up he then tells you that they are out of the medication and he does not have any idea when they will get it in. This Pharmacist just tells you to take you business elsewhere. He has also antagonistic with all of the Doctor's offices in Oroville and the ones I deal with will no longer deal with this guy. I have the feeling he wants to get paid to be a Pharmacist but does not want to deal with customers at all. I will continue to shop in the store as they have the freshest food and best employees in town, but NEVER again for this RX as long as he is there.

I've been a customer for about 5 years. The first 4 years were great. Excellent service and staff who took great care of me. I knew everyone there by name and rarely had a problem. Then suddenly everybody except one employee disappeared and I started having problems with the new staff and pharmacist. On the plus side, they accept my insurance, are conveniently located and the hours are reasonable. And there is never a line of customers. I usually go there in the evening and there is never a wait.

The staff doesn't fill the prescriptions in a timely manner. The phone system doesn't function. The pharmacist continually argues with me about the dosage of my meds because he doesn't understand my medical needs and my doctor has to call them to straighten things out. Altogether very difficult to use but they do accept my insurance. I've been going there for over 4 years without a problem but this past year has been nothing but frustration and anxiety.

We had some floral arrangements done by the Oroville Raley’s for my daughter’s “She found her main squeeze” themed bridal shower and they did an amazing job! They even incorporated lemons ? in the arrangements. Shout out to Mindy and Jennifer for the great work. I would recommend them for any event.

We recently moved to the area and I am so pleased we found Raley’s Pharmacy. They have wonderful, kind, intelligent, and professional pharmacy staff who do everything in their power to serve the customer. I’m super impressed.

Not a place to buy food to take out. No bakery. The little deli in the corner is poorly staffed and has less than the basics. The groceries are way overpriced.

Been shopping here for years and like seeing familiar faces of the people who work here. It's a little expensive, but I like it better than going to Walmart.

This is probably the best pharmacy I have ever had to use..Allmost always no line and convenient inside of the supermarket so I can grab some things I need and a tone of stuff I don't need too.

I really enjoy this Raileys. I love the deli staff. The store is clean. The meat and produce departments are beyond pristine. Down sides, that grumpy old man who usually works the self check out. Jeez, smile and be nice life is too short Charlie.. What's up with that torturous parking lot?? Find an engineer and repaint those lines.. Everything's going in all sorts going wrong ways. If you drive in closest the west main entrance, you're going the wrong way to park. Still a beautiful store. The smell of freshness is overwhelming when you enter. Four stars.

Interesting trip to Raley's, our first time there picking up some things before driving back up the mountain. Prices were kind of high, but what can you do. Here is the issue: So my husband and I were waiting in line, 9:30 pm, one check out stand open. This lady who we are pretty sure was an employee being that she was counting money behind a register, that just got off of work was blabbing to the cashier about personal stuff while his line was getting bigger, you could tell he wished she would shut up and leave. So as we move closer, this woman goes to my husband with a bag of flour and says, "ppppst, can you add this to your stuff here's 3 dollars to pay for it I'm impatient I don't want to wait so you can just do this for me heres my money" and basically demanding we do that for her. No biggie- we are pretty laid back so we take the flour and cash and add it to our things. She then continues to give the cashier s*** about hurrying up and she wants to go home, pretty much harassment. He asks us if we wanted bags, we tried to see if we could just run the baskets to our car and unload the stuff, bring the baskets right back, but he said store policy doesn't allow that--that's fine! We can buy some paper bags. This woman again gets involved in our decision because she is in such a hurry to get home, "I'll pay for your bag I'll bag it" very rough, rude, and continued to rush this poor cashier! Talking s*** to him. You can see he is very uncomfortable and just trying to get the line out. Finally my husband decided he did not want to reward her shitty behavior and told her to get in line and wait to purchase her own damn flour and she was so mad, "I bagged your stuff for free I bought your bag I did this I did that wah wah wah" (we paid with our card and were waiting on a separate transaction with the flour, so bags were on our card hunny). Anyway the issue is, this was an EMPLOYEE who JUST got off of work and was distracting and harassing customers and her co-worker. I wish so badly that I got names but we did not. So this was a Monday night and the cashier was male he was soft spoken and nice. The woman was rude, and made our experience unpleasant. I hope I've provided enough information about this, and that something can be done about this rude employee.

I'm not one to normally write reviews (especially about grocery stores) but as someone who has worked and continues to work in retail and customer service, I feel like what I witnessed tonight at the Raley's in Oroville needs to be addressed. Around 7:30 this evening, my sister and I were standing in line at the self checkout and a line began forming because two of the checkout stands are currently out of service. The woman behind me (who was very kind about it) asked the young man (maybe early 20's - around my age for reference) who was standing at the self checkout stand if he was able to ring up customers. His response was, "I can...but wait." Listen, I get it, sometimes you're busy with something behind the scenes that the customers might not understand or see but the way that he responded to that customer was rude and unnecessary. The woman just nervously laughed and gave a few people in line an awkward smile. A few customers behind us muttered about the customer service but that was it. That's just not how you speak to your customers, no matter how busy you are. Maybe I'm just being over dramatic but I felt something needed to be said and some form of upper management needed to know the sort of customer service that some employees are giving. It didn't happen directly to me but I can say that if it comes between Raley's and a competitor, because of what I witnessed tonight, I'll go to the competitor. As a company, I do hope you're able to boost your customer service because it's a nice store.
