These people are con artists and are illegally selling used tires with temporary plugs in them. So instead of getting a professional patch on my original tire for $30 they conned me into a buying a used tire for $120 total and it still had the same temporary plug in it not much different from what I originally came in with. 1 year later the tire is still holding up but it's the principle of the matter they criminally robbed me.
About a year ago I went there because I had a tire that was fully functional with a plug in it. But they said they wouldn't professionally patch it because it was too close to the wall of the tire. That seems legitimate. However they let me in the back of their warehouse where they had thousands upon thousands of tires and let me choose personally which tire for my car. Of course they let me know which ones would actually fit my car and after going through about 20 of them I seen one that looked pretty good. This is where I should have inspected it more but I hadn't noticed that there was a plug in the tire. Which is something that they can't do and is illegal. So when I got home I noticed it and went back to tell them to switch it out. The owner of the store was there the next day and told me that there were no tires that fit my car available. Of course he didn't know I'd already seen all of them and knew that was bull sheet.

Couldn't believe the prices they quoted us on used tires and the fact that only 2 of the tires would match ..The price was very close to what we paid for 4 new tires at A-1 tire shop..I don't recommend using this place unless you like paying way too much for what you are getting..

I had to wait awhile they were very busy but open on a Saturday! They were all working hard getting everyone attended to. Once it was my turn I was out of there within 15 minutes . He even wrote down information I needed for the unlocking tool that wasn’t given when I purchased the vehicle. He patched my tire the other shop told me they wouldn’t since the front one wasn’t one I had bought from them and had minimal balding on the outer edge . All in all it saved me hundreds of dollars. He let me know when to anticipate needing a new tire as well. I really appreciated his honesty instead of denying me service to get me to buy new ones . He quickly fixed it and didn’t try to swindle me out of money!! Super appreciate the information provided and how he compensated the service due to the wait time! Very polite as well . First come first serve I anticipated a longer wait he even took the time to walk me to the office where it was cooler . While I waited I watched him go above and beyond to price match and offer better deals to other clients . I had called ahead and while he didn’t have a direct answer if they had the correct tools to unlock my tire he wasn’t hesitant in any way in offering to at least check it out for me . He also let me know what time they stopped serving customers so I could get in before the cut off time. I also watched anytime the phone rang someone was sure to grab it, even with all hands on deck. The wait time I’d say was fair considering the amount of people . Their service time was excellent . I’d also say it appeared as though they had good relation with some of their clients . A lady in the lobby explained her experience with them replacing her tires and she said she’s been going ever since . I’ll definitely be returning simply due to the level of honesty and their consideration for the time I spent there !

We stopped in to get the 2 tires we brought to replace the two on the two rims we brought in. They seemed really distracted and didnt seem to acknowledge people right away. Cost us 40 bucks which we thought was a little high. Next time we will wait and go to the other place where we do get good service.
