Absolutely horrible. Staff is useless and rude. I went to pay 200$ to get a brake and light inspection and they “couldnt get the brake drums off without breaking stuff” well then you dont belong working on my car. Thank you. P.s. im a mobile mechanic i just dont have certifications for brake and light inspections. This place is useless and WILL TRY TO CHRGE MORE for no apparent reason and be mad when you dont pay it. Also its on a 2012 jeep compass. Cars not rusty and to the eye the drums look brand new. Rear whee bearings replaced within the last year. They had no problem getting drums off to do the wheel bearings.HANCOCKS AUTOMOTIVE IS TRASH

They are the only mechanic in the county that performs a brake and light inspection for the dmv, the owner is a pretty nice guy too

These guys go the extra mile. I brought my car in for new spark plugs and coils, and ended up leaving with a cool ac that hadn't worked since we got the car. It was a side note, we fixed this, be safe, see ya next time. Definitely recommend.

My Chrysler town & country was needing front struts and rear shock absorbers and tie rod ends. It needed a California smog check inspection as well. Hancock auto repair did the entire job in a timely fashion and a fair price. They are a licensed brake and lamp inspection station living in Chico I think it was worth the trip to Oroville for their high quality service.

Needed a last minute smog called and they where able to get in. Friendly and professional. I will definitely going back to car my smog in the future.
