John is one of the worst agents I've ever come across. Avoid working with him at all costs as he's completely incompetent.

John Russo doesn’t care about his clients all he wants is his commission Check. With his 8% fee u would think that would come with some professionalism but it doesn’t. I would call him multiple times and he would not answer but then text back avoiding a conversation. Upon selling my bare land property which I had to owner finance John wrote the contract completely in the favor of the buyer so he could just get his check no mater what the cost to the seller. Every time I asked him to run a credit check or change something on the contract He would complain that we will loose the sale. Very very pushy. Now I’m 2 month into owner financing with no payments from new owners and this has been nothing out a headache. I highly advise ANYONE NOT TO USE John Russo!!!!! Only cares about his money not the Client!!!!
