Edited review. Most employees are friendly and helpful. I think professionalism might benefit from a bit of an overhaul. Overall, I think FoodMax carries the lowest prices comparatively. Meat selection is typically those of the lower quality cuts, but they still stay in-line with having the best price.

I would like to give a good opinion of the store in general, unfortunately, as everywhere, some employees are good, others are bad, especially one arrogant employee... I wish she had training on how to treat customers.

I went to buy packs of water the price was 3,99 for 3 packs and when I went to the front they said it was 4,99. And continued to tell me there was tax after they charged me over 10 dollars in tax and brought me from”5,00$” to 17,86$ and tax should Not cost that much

This is a bigger store than it looks, well-stocked, with lots of different foods and goods. The air conditioning is very welcome on the hot days we've been having.

I don't know the girls name who was at the register. There was many people trying to check out at the same time. I walked under the curly wire and she was super fast, I really appreciate her jumping in to help! Friendly people at the check out every time I shop there! You guys rock I love shopping at Food Max!!

This is the most horrific grocery store I have ever seen.
When I reached into the bin of onions and immediately, to my horror, I watched the onions instantly liquefy to my touch, which I thought was pretty bad, but the explosion of small gnats/flies from the bottom of the bin made me retch in place.
I didn't find any deals of note either. Didn't buy anything.
