Lots of nice people work here. It's easy to access and Vallarta Grill and Blush are right there too. Very convenient.

Lousy service. No business hours posted or left on their voicemail box. They don't answer the phone. Door is locked during the day. Have no idea when they are open for business

Rebecca is an amazing stylist that I have went to for several years. Their salon is always always clean, and all of the stylists are super friendly and seem to do a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this salon.

I did not like the service they provided. The owner Rebecca is rude. She is still operating her business although the state has banned hair salons from opening during the virus shutdown. My mother was once a regular until we overheard an employee make a racist comment about a black woman.

Very rude people here! I wanted to get my hair colored and normally a stylist listens but the lady was very impatient.

I'm not rating my experience for the salon itself as I have only dealt with Gail. If I could rate a zero I would. The first time I saw her, she was very friendly but careless when washing my hair. Spraying all over my face and into my ears despite my asking her to be careful. Resulting in a double ear infection. The cut was fantastic. Second experience, cut was fantastic. My mom however found her to be extremely rude and impatient and didn't ever plan to go back to her. Though my mom can drive she is elderly and walks with a walker so it's more convenient for me to take to her appts make them same day same time. So on my last appt I insisted my mom go. From the minute we walked they the door Gail went out of her way to be rude. She held the door open for us and was irritated that my mom was slow in walking in. Then as my mom proceeded to Gails booth it was a bit of a tight squeeze with the walker but my mom walked as fast as she could apologizing along the way. I was right behind so could see the smirk on Gails face and the rolling of her eyes. My mom then pulled out a magazine w/a pic. Gail very rudely said what exactly is it you you're expecting me to do? You're hair already looks like that. Her hair looked nothing like it. I pointed the areas out that were different. While Gail argued with me. She then pointed out a cowlick that my mom has in the back of her head and said she can't cut it shorter or it will show. I said it's not a cowlick it's a skull fracture from when she was a toddler and she for years has had stylists cut her hair a lot shorter and still be able to cover it. It just depends on the stylists. The ones that notice it's there cut it accordingly. This the reason I was pointing it out. She actually argued with us over that and said it's not a skull fracture it's just a cowlick! And that it's impossible to cover it. And then continued with her rudeness by grabbing my moms hair spraying it with water saying but whatever I'll do whatever it is you want me to do. Even tho my mom can be a real b***** she was being as innocent as a child at this point and allowing Gail to push her around with her attitude and was actually gonna let Gail cut her hair. I told my mom forget it we are going somewhere else. I then apologized to Gail and said it's best if both of us find another stylist. Gail was still being rude as hell. She actually said well good luck trying to find one. As tho we were the problem and she was the only stylist in town. I don't care if she were the only stylist in town. I would never go to her again. And I actually wasn't going to put a review on yelp. I was just gonna not go to back to her. But her last comment as we walked out the door was the cherry on top. Very unnecessary and very unprofessional. And unfortunately put a bad taste in my mouth for the entire salon as I won't ever go to that salon again because of her.

A relative of mine has been getting her hair cut and permed at this salon for several years. She was very concerned and I was quite disturbed to discover on her most recent visit, when the salon had recently opened after the Covid shut down, that the owner and employees were not wearing masks to protect the clients. Gov. Newsom had just put the requirement in place for facial coverings when indoors 'All Californians must wear face coverings in public or high-risk settings, including while shopping, taking public transit or seeking medical care to help curb the spread of the coronavirus.' I find the disregard of the new ruling very dangerous for all concerned and will be recommending another salon that takes appropriate precautions for her next visit.
