It's a bookstore. You gotta buy a few items here in person but you are better off getting textbooks online. $$$

You can review a college campus on an app designed for food reviews ? We're degrading as a society. This is what decay looks like

This is an excellent community college. People from all over the world come here to transfer to a four-year university afterward. Buildings are incredibly beautiful, lovely faculty, and easy to navigate around campus. Cafeteria food is excellent, and they have a cute coffee shop around the corner as well. The library is big and open with beautiful large glass windows for sunlight and is a great place to stop by between classes. Honestly, I don't see why anyone would think negatively about this place. Super easy to get classes, and if you apply yourself, you should succeed academically as well. Good luck!

There financial aid department is so unorganized. We have been working on my daughters financial aid since the end of May and she still does not have it. They are stating we still have 4-6 weeks for them to process. Now she has no books. There solution? Take out a loan to get your books and you can only use it to get your books at there store. Well that's not happening. Thanks but no thanks. She will now start school with no books.

I like this college but the women in the counseling office/financial aid are extremely rude. I get it, you have a high volume of students asking the same questions but we need to know things for our future, sorry if it makes your JOB a little more annoying. I just got off the phone with a woman in the counseling office, tried to set up an appointment and she said "what are you trying to do exactly" in a rude tone. I asked what do you mean? I'm trying to find out what classes I need to take to continue going for nursing.. just wow, it was rude enough to get me feeling irritated when I hung up the phone and I was in a pretty good mood! Butte, teach your staff better customer service.

Excellent school, faculty is always caring. Always check to see if you qualify for the Promise grant/scholarship, it really helps a lot of people out.

I wish I could give 0 stars because they don't deserve one I registered in May. I explained I could only do online classes They still insisted I do the assessment test. So I took three hours unpaid off from work. Took the tests so I could finish registering. They informed me the offer none of the classes I tested for online. So huge waste of time. Then the said I had to do the orientation. I asked if I needed to because I'm dong online classes. They said yes I had to. I explained I had a neck injury and sitting was extremely painful. I could get a drs note. So I wouldn't have to endure the pain of sitting for orientation. They said it didn't matter I had to go if I didn't I would have to wait until the end of summer and fill out a form but classes could be full So I signed up for the shorter orientation at The Chico campus. I got there and guess what ? They forgot to put me on the orientation. After protesting they let me go and referred to me as the add on. Got to Orientation. They had no paperwork because they forgot me. One of the students going the orientation stated I couldn't leave until I had signed up for all my classes. I asked her if I could do it at home. She said no. So I sat and listened to information that didn't pertain to me. My neck was killing me. The counselor came. I informed her that I wasn't sure of which classes I was taking. She said I could do them at home. I informed her the student giving the orientation said that wasn't allowed. The counselor said she was wrong and I could leave. There was nothing I'd be doing. I registered in May. It's now August 10 th and I receive an email saying they need a copy of my diploma It has taken them over two months to realize this. So I take off work early on Friday to go to the campus. Well guess what? They close early on Friday. Why would they be open when school starts in a little over a week. I laughed because what did I expect. They have a complete lack of any organization. They don't care if you are disabled or have an injury. They force you to take assembly tests that are a waste of time. I'm hoping the semester improves. BUT Shame on you Butte

This is a college book store on Butte Campus. They have snacks and drinks that are a little over priced for the students. Might as well sell alcohol and lottery tickets if they want to sell items at gas station prices. I also do not agree charging so much for scantrons that teachers require for test taking. It's truly sad how they are attempting to nickle and dime students here. I would not recommend buying anything in here. NOT EVEN BOOKS.

It's a college book store. Buy anything Butte College related. You can also go up stairs for the dining room and coffee shop.
