Gate access is 7am-7pm. The prices are decent and facility is always clean of trash. I haven't seen any evidence of mice or rats which is absolutely amazing! The manager is AMAZING!! Thank you Nicole!
My only complaint is the gate access... The hours need to be extended especially during the time of year it doesn't get dark until 9pm. And I'm not sure what the penalty is if you enter or exit during off hours.

The professionalism of Nicole is amazing. You don't often see this level of professionalism in Oroville. This place is way more neat and clean now. There is a huge difference from this place a few years a ago compared to now. It nice to see how she has turned this place around for the better. I know my stuff is alot more safer with her as management.

I've been here for a year now and I've had no problems since I've moved my things Nicole was professional she was well-dressed she was easy to talk to I would definitely recommend my friends or anyone to come and store their belongings there!!!!✌️??

Management is always changing. And seem to be kinda rude at unnecessary times. Needs to be more customer friendly. Not just at the beginning.

I stopped by during business hours and no one was there. I called the number that was posted and the lady at the call center didn't know where the employee was either. All she could tell me was that someone was "supposed" to be there. And no, I didn't stop by during their lunch hour that is posted. This is my first time needing storage, I hope this isn't standard practice at other places.

I found the Oroville Best Storage very clean, well maintained and at a reasonable price. The manager Nicole Rothenberg, reviewed the contract details with us and she gave both of us a sense of fairness and security. I would recommend this storage business to anyone.Regards,Bill Ewing

Kept clean, friendly staff always smiling. Any issues I've had were delt with quickly and i always received a follow up call to make sure it was fixed. Greatest prices and deals in town.
