Although my GMC has had issues, it is a quality used vehicle, that is just life. However, the back up from Oroville Motors was fantastic. Any dealership can sell you a vehicle, very please I bought mine at Oroville Motors...for the back up!”

Took our suv to the dealership next day and they talked bad about y'all and how your scanners are just generic, and they almost refused us service with information we gave them.... “Often times we only leave reviews when we've had a bad experience, I must say, my transaction started off a little rocky due to misinformation provided by customer service, however, shout out to Blaine on the e-commerce team. After several email communication's between he and I over how I would be reimbursed for my CORE chg. on a transmission I purchased, I thought I was not going to be able to get my money back due to I don't live in any area where B & R is located. Blaine went over and beyond to find options to make it possible for me to get my CORE chg. back, although it's only $60 every penny count's with me as I'm a single parent. What I appreciate the most is that he was willing to go out of his way to satisfy the customer, he added a human touch to the email conversation's which is so important these days. I'm hoping that my transmission is as good as the service I have received so far. I will definitely use B & R in the future and will recommend to family & friends. Also, thank you very much to Travis Tomblin for communicating and keeping me informed on my shipment.
