Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. In such a hurry to get to lunch, very rude, unwilling to ring up store items that were not prescriptions.

Terrible pharmacy customer service. Dr called and said would phone in a prescription for my dad the morning after an ER visit. I go to CVS at 5 and was told there was no prescription and I should call the dr. I called the hospital who indicated they called it in on the recorded line at 1:30 (not an escript) Called cvs back and was rudely told I have no messages. Next day talked to hospital again and a nurse said she would talk to a live person and call me back. After an hour I called pharmacy and said the hospital had called in an antibiotic. Was told I don't have it. I said "NAME" from hospital said she spoke to someone in person at 10:15. The response was "oh an antibiotic I remember yes it's ready" very frustrating

The store manager needs to be retraining or fired. She was too busy smoking cigarettes outside wasting company time. Leaving a minor in charge of selling alcohol! Then had the audacity to blame the cashier. No wonder why half her staff left. All the employees who provide great customer service is gone.

Terrible pharmacy, the worst! They always say that they didn't receive a prescription. I work in a doctors office and fax prescriptions to them daily and I give the patients the paper copy to take with them because 9 out of 10 times they say they didn't receive it. I've stood there and told them to check the fax machine and they literally have stacks of faxes they have not looked at.

Worst store manager ever she was rude when I came in the other day she was outside the whole time I was waiting and there was one girl who was doing all the work and helping everyone. A whole family was waiting to be helped but she was still on the phone outside when the other employee asked her to come in. After she helped the family she went back on her phone call.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Their pharmacy cash register froze and they had no solution to my issue. I walked out unable to buy allergy med for a month. Maria and Sheela or Sheena was no help at all, assistant manager Jose was apathetic and indifferent at best. I wouldn't come back to this store.

Store appeared unorganized, COVID booster shots are misrepresented, and the staff does not care - what so ever - about the time it takes them to assist you. Pharmacy customer service was non existent - literally asked the girl to please forward the mis-information I received to some one in the Company that would need to know - and she looked at me and said "OK, now who did you want me to call again?" Seriously- there are so many other choices for the products and services they have at CVS, dont know why anyone would go back. Would not recommend this pharmacy at all.

Worst service I have ever had. The pharmacist walked away 3 times very rudely while I was trying to ask an important question about the medication I was trying to recieve after being told it was ready when it very obviously wasn't. They also have staff that do not know how to pronounce the names of medication which worries me that I will receive the wrong medication. It's just a downright mess over there.

Went here once about three years ago and two clerks actually sat there fighting with each other while one was working on my prescription. Calling each other names and super heated. The most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen anywhere! Hopefully they don’t work there now.

This makes me sad I have to do this.Horrible customer service from both pharmacist and front end clerks. They simply need to gain or learn some maturity and respect. Especially when coming to medications of the elderly.
