“I walked in Thursday about lunchtime with my truck at another local shop because the first shop found more damage than they could deal with. The staff at Harris was great. While we went down to look at my truck they sourced out a couple of Options for me to choose from and arranged for the truck to be towed to their shop. “Frank and his team are very probably the best mecanics you could find hundreds miles around. Unlike in most of the shops, you'll not have to hear "it is broken, you need to change it". Whatever is malfunctioning Frank will look for the root cause and try to fix it. He knows what he's doing and will not let you down. I was stuck in Orland with my truck and camper during a long trip, due to a serious engine failure. The team worked like crazy to put us back on the road. “I called JNJ Auto in a panic because my daughter had just broken down with a Low Oil Light on and ALARMS Sounding,
she was stranded. Luckily Adrian answered my call just after closing time. He explained he was the only one in the shop and the other guys have left for the day, but he would see what he could do. He called me back and said Jose would meet my daughter where she had broken down. After arrival, Jose saw that she was completely out of oil and she needed to follow him back to the shop. Adrian and Jose found that the oil gasket was broken and the car had lost all of the oil.
These men saved her engine from being ruined!!
