Had a costly package to be picked up at the store. Despite the ups tracking clearly saying it has been delivered and signed for, they refused. The shipper called them and they kept disconnecting the phone . Finally, we were quite persistent and it was there all the time. They were not even apologetic about it

Very rude store associate. I would recommend going to other UPS stores in the area.
