“I’ve read the reviews but my personal experience was different. This location is pretty convenient and the lady that helped me out was really helpful, kind and efficient.
Their system was down for about 5-10 minutes but the way she helped me made me feel comfortable. There are times that it upsets me to wait for “x y” reason but she was so nice, I wasn’t annoyed for the wait time or that I had to pay with cash”
“The team here did an excellent job, helping me with a difficult situation today. There was a debate, whether or not a package was actually shipped by a company who I was returning an item to. They went above and beyond to help prove that the package was indeed delivered saving me hundreds of dollars. Looking forward to using them down the road. Thanks again!”
