It is same place as where they do work on your car. But this number goes to the store/gas station and they are mean about it and hang up on you and tell you that you have wrong number. Maybe just transfer me?

Amazing service, I recommend to all my friends who have car trouble. Never overcharges, as a young woman I find many auto care companies will take advantage of my little to no car knowledge . They always try to fit you in ASAP and my car comes back good as new :)

I called on Wednesday 1/10 to get a tune up and brake inspection on my truck. I was told to drop it off on Thursday morning, 1/11 and they would look at it. I called Thursday late afternoon and they hadn't looked at it and hadn't called to give me an update/ They said first thing on Friday morning 1/12. I called on Friday morning and they hadn't looked at it but would get right to it. I called Friday late afternoon and still hadn't even looked at it. They didn't call with an update and clearly didn't care about what an inconvenience this was to me. I spoke with Kathy who is the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction, especially with the lack of follow-up and no phone update. She seemed overwhelmed and had no good reason for their poor customer support. I would never bring my truck here again.

I should have read the reviews before I chose here.. The car wash didn't actually wash my car but poured some soap on. It didn't even rinse the soap. Hilarious.

For $12 car wash you expect all the soap to be washed off your car but it left quite a lot of soap. I had to get out and wipe it off myself with some rag ahead in the car. Then I paid $1.50 to vacuum out my car and the suction on the vacuum was next to nothing. It was a joke

Four new tires! They researched tire alternatives for me and let me know the cost and their recommendation. They did the work in a timely fashion and are always very nice!

Don't bring your car here unless you have no other choice. Really disorganized and never on time. Every time I brought my car in it Wasent ready when they said it would be or they had no idea what was going on. Just really disorganized and they have way too much going on clearly. Nice people there but come on

My car wouldn't start. Luckily, I was stranded right at the pump next to Shell Auto Care. My toddler was asleep in the back and I didn't know what to do. I went into Shell Auto Care and Kathy came over, got my car started, drove it over to the Auto Care garage, read the error codes for me with her machine, wrote them down for me and explained what they meant, then poured something into my tank to address the problem (which is with the fuel injector) and told me to bring the car in early next business day so they could take a closer look at it with their better diagnostic machine. She didn't charge me for any of this--never once mentioned money. The whole event felt like a good neighbor helping a friend. The bottle she poured into my fuel tank was worth about $17, so I gave her $20 and thanked her profusely. I should have paid for labor too, but I didn't mention it and nobody blinked twice and instead they are earning my eternal gratitude and this Yelp review. My toddler didn't wake up until I started driving home. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much!

Very poor quality car wash. My car was still in foam after the wash was done. I also believe that my passenger mirror got scratched here.

I stopped by this mechanic shop about two weeks ago, spoke to Maureen (who seemed really knowledgeable and trustworthy), made an appointment for an oil change/maintenance. I specifically asked how long this would take and she assured me that before 5pm everything would be done unless they found a major issue. This morning I dropped off my car at 9 and didn't hear anything back all day. Finally at 5:30 pm I called them for an update and they told me that they hadn't even gotten to my car and would see if they could fit it in. I had an appointment, dropped off my car, waited 8.5 hours, and I had to call to find this out. I have never been more disappointed in how a business runs. The man on the phone did not at all appear to care that they had wasted the entire day and didn't even bother to tell me to reschedule. The level of unprofessionalism in how this was conducted is unmatched. So if you want someone reliable and professional, please keep looking!

This place is the real deal. They have always been incredibly responsive, trustworthy and a great value over the years. They have seen my cars multiple times and have always found a way to fit them in - whether it's an emergency or just a standard maintenance visit. They've gone the extra mile when we've been stranded as a family with our car in need of urgent repair, and they squeezed us in here in there for oil changes and check engine light services. I would recommend them to anyone for your car repair needs.

This gas station is the actual worst. I didn’t realize I could feel strongly about a gas station until I came to this shell. It’s the only station in the area with a car wash so unfortunately I’ve found myself here on multiple occasional simply trying to clean my car and every time it is disappointing if not aggravating. The car wash is regularly broken and they don’t always indicate this when you pay for the car wash at the pump - so you’ll waste money on a service that was misrepresented. On that note, the pumps rarely give you a receipt - which is necessary if you’re trying to get a car wash. So you have to go in to ask the attendant for a receipt - which is fine, except there is almost never someone at the counter so you have to wait until someone decides to show up. Don’t bother with the other services, the air pump hose is so poorly maintained that it doesn’t retract, making it impossible to use on all four sides of even a small car. Absolutely appalling.
