“Awesome service and amazing turnaround. Needed to have two plates ready and they got it done within the next day. Prices were reasonable, especially compared to other stores that did plate engravings. I will warn that parking is abysmal in this area so it's definitely hit or miss. I went during lunch time and fortunately there spots alokg the sides of the street. But otherwise service was fantastic and I will come here again for sure.”

“The owner, Geoff, is very patient and takes time to listen to your needs. They offer a huge amount of printing services! From business checks and brochures to promo items with your company's/small business' logo on them, glassware and water bottles, t-shirts and food packaging boxes and stickers, presentation folders...You name it...I'm pretty sure Geoff can figure it out for you. ? He has been with Big City since 1998! And purchased the business earlier this year, from the owner (his business mentor) upon her retirement. I LOVE that you can visit the office to view samples of a lot of the jobs they've done, so you can get a visual idea of how something may turn out before ordering. ??? Great communication and products!”

He took the time to help me with details while juggling other jobs. An hour later, I was back and it was all packaged and ready to go. Warm human interaction - AI will never replace that. I used them to run a courtesy copy of a court filing in color (so that the electronic highlighting came through) and hand-deliver it to the Alameda County Superior Court and they handled it within three hours. “If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”

“I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.”
