I love Orindans Motors they provide great customer service. They keep me informed about repairs that might be needed on my next checkup. I also can just drop by to have them check my tire pressure or any other concerns i might have about my car.

Always energetic, interested and cheerful Service Advisor interaction. Fair and reasonable approach to evaluating necessary maintenance services and reasonable charges for the work completed. Great text-based initial proposal and service cost estimates arrive soon after your initial contact and appointment set up.

Orinda Motors did a good (and expensive) job of checking out my car. The estimates for repairs were outrageous: 30% higher than at a dealer, 40% higher than at a local repair shop

Best customer service ever ! My car broke down on the side of the freeway and I got it towed to the nearest shop which was orinda motors and Tara was service advisor she was very friendly east to talk to and made my morning better she made sure I had my car for my birthday weekend it was quick and easy process everyone was great I will highlight recommend 5 stars !!!!! I will definitely take my car here again thank you again for taking care of my vehicle

Service on my Mercedes SUV(oil change and tire rotation) yesterday. Orinda motors are the only ones working on my car since the original warranty at the dealership (5 years ago) and I highly recommend them. The staff are so accommodating and I have total confidence in them and their recommendations. Costs have always been reasonable, as well.
